We stayed for 5 nights in the family room and it was great. All the reviews are correct. Steve is a genuinely good guy who bends over backwards to help you with whatever you need help with. He is an indispensable asset if you are coming to Lamai for the first time. He knows everything you will need to know... More

Its a clean, wide room, with AC, tv, clean bathroom and hot water. A really good thing is that you can rent a motorbike to the owner so you can go anywhere. The breakfast is aditional to the cost of the room, and you have like 8 different options to choose. Steven is very pleasant and gave us a short... More

If this is in your price range, it's an easy choice in Lamai. I stayed for 3 nights, based on the price and reviews it has had. It wouldn't have been hard to stay on a few more days if time permitted. As other posters have said, it's got a great little pool in the centre of the property -... More

Stayed here for two nights. Pictures dont give a properly perspective of size or maybe just didnt really look. Resort actually very compact and not too much room to swing a cat around. Not so for the actual rooms which are spacious. Owner Steve cannot not offer to help more then he could, very willing to help his guests. But.... More

Steve made us feel welcome, and showed us the town. For £20 per night, you get a luxury room, air on, excellent wifi, and a clean pool. Shame the hot tub wasn't working but it didn't bother us really. Had a great stay and would like to return one day. Nice one Steve.

Steve picked us up from the ferry port and straight away started telling us about Lamai and the island, as he wasn't fully booked he also offered us a free upgrade to the family room which was a large room with good air con. He's very helpful and offers free rides into town, we like to walk and the centre... More

During my first trip to Thailand I was fortunate enough to make my stay a multi resort trip. As part of this I chose to stay on Koh Samui and took a friends advice and booked in at Chaulty Towers in Lamai Beach. My friend, having stayed at the establishment before couldn't speak highly enough of the service offered from... More

Stayed here for four nights, found the owners to be very helpful, Steve frequently giving us lifts into the town and helping suggesting and booking tours. The room we had was clean and comfortable however I did find the room next to the breakfast area noisey in the mornings, a few simple things such as a mirror in the bedroom... More
