We were staying at his hotel for a week. Here almost everything is fine. Helpful, friendly staff. They upgraded type of our room, helped as to book a transfer etc. Good location - it's close to one of the best beaches on the island, located in the heart of the Lamai but in spite of this not too noisy. Some... More

We stayed here for one night after our initial choice for a hotel was terrible! The staff on check in were just lovely and showed us about 4 rooms to choose from to stay for the night. We had a pool view room which was ok!?! The room was basic and could have done with a bit of a freshen... More

Very friendly staff. Great swimming pool/ sunbathing area. Comfortable rooms - nothing too luxurious but nice! Close to the beach, to the night market, to LOTS of massages places etc Breakfast: just normal (but still enough choice)

I stayed in a poolside room, room 107. Hammering, welding, demolition, drilling, shouting.......from 8am to 5pm everyday. Intermittent hot/very hot/cold shower, Noisy air con unit, it needs a service. Building site 10m from bedroom door, the door is only an internal type door, so no sound proofing. Asked for another room, only to be told the hotel is full, yet... More

The good- - great location, right by the beach (1 min walk) and right off a street with lots of restaurants, bars, shop etc, great atmosphere - great breakfast buffet, lots of options - they knew it was our honeymoon and decorated our room, it was a nice touch The bad- - the wifi is HORRIBLE, it worked 25% of... We stayed 5 nights (1 more to go) and a not blown away by this hotel considering what we paid (€105/night high season). For this money in Thailand I expect a hotel to be more luxurious. Beds are a little too hard but we slept ok in the end. Bathroom dated with some tiles replaced with non-matching ones and a... More

We have been to Lamai quite a few times. Samui has changed a lot and not for the better......overdeveloped, beaches are dirty but have to admit the atmosphere is still good. We booked this hotel since my sister was going to stay here and it has a nice pool. We stayed for 3 nights. Check in was quick and easy... More

Positives: Great location everything on your doorstep, friendly staff, clean, close to beach and good breakfast for what you pay for. Slight negatives (and this is being picky!) no bar, although hotel surrounded by them! A bit noisy, but to be expected so close to the night life, so all in all great value for money for mid-range accommodation. Would... More

This is a very good resort, in an excellent location in central Lamai. The pool is large and deep. The rooms are clean, and have air conditioning that works. Breakfast is a small but good selection of western foods, fruit, cereal, toast, coffee, etc. and a little thai style food - noodles or rice. There is an egg chef to make... More
