My Family of 5 had two rooms at this small friendly Hotel. We found the propietors to be helpful and welcoming (as you would expect for the Sporaides) and the rooms to be clean and beautifully renovated. “Lovely island and hotel”

We have been going to Alonissos now for over 10 years, always staying at Ikion liking the quietness of the island, the small hotel and its views and the friendliness for the owners. This is a charming place, and well run by a very friendly and helpful lady. Recently refurbished, and very nicely done. Close to town, but quiet with seaview. We enjoyed our nice balcony. No pool, but the children did not miss it. Wonderful stay, and good value. More

I found Ikion Eco Hotel very satisfying, and excellent value. It has been recently refurbished (new bathrooms with power showers, new designer furniture from Cocomat, etc). No problems with A/C (which is a common problem in hotels). Finally, Ioanna and the other ladies in the reception were exceptionally helpful! More

Hotel Ikion had everything you could ask for at a reasonable price. Ioanna, the owner/manager, speaks English and runs a clean, comfortable hotel in a fantastic location. This little hotel is an absolute gem. We booked by internet with no trouble and at reasonable price and were charmed by the island as soon as we arrived. I have just returned from a weeks holiday on Alonnisos staying in the Ikion Hotel in Patitiri.
