Firstly the good parts :) The hotels location is excellent,it takes seconds and you're on the beautiful, well kept beach. The rooms are fairly spacious and have quite good air-conditioning. The rooms are constantly cleaned and the general hotel is litter and rubbish free. Lastly, the onsite shops sell a lot of product from suncream to Pringles. In my opinion the prices... More

My partner and I arrived in the early hours of the morning for a week in mid July 2014. The initial impression wasn't great as the man working at reception was asleep and took a good ten minutes to even find the room! He also failed to tell us that the air conditioning came at an extra price (we later... More

We stayed in this hotel in June 2013 for a week. Myself and my husband, we booked it directly and as per other reviewers comments, asked a room in a refurbished part of the hotel. My parents arrive at the same time, but from Poland, but they bought a holiday package. Still, on my request before coming over, we were... More

Stayed at this hotel 2012 & 2013. We kind of knew what to expect the second time we stayed but the bad points seemed worse. Myself and my other half chose this hotel because of the superb location right on the beach, not to far from the centre of rethymnon and not on the main road like the closer hotels. We... More

We were moved to this hotel as the one we booked was closed due to low capacity. Food very basic and catered for German. No choice for children and limited food available during the day. However staff was amazing and tried to make you happy with everything. Breakfast waitress and lunch waitress made our stay, and even though I was... More

Hotel is located very close to sea (almost on the beach) which we liked and is about 3-4 km from Rethymno center. Hotel is located in a quite a populated area, you can go on foot to bars and tavernas around it. There's a supermarket nearby (in the main street). It wasn't difficult to find this hotel, there are signs... More

The best thing is that the hotel is on the beach and the water is really nice. The rooms are old and small, but i guess it's ok for a 3* hotel. The beds are very hard, we didn t sleep well at all. The food is not diversified, the lunch is better. Otherwise is the same food every day... More

I went to this hotel on my own for my first single beach holiday. I wanted someone I felt safe, and could just relax on beach and that's exactly what I got. I was a bit daunted when the taxi dropped me off on the main road and just pointed to down there in the dark at 3 in the... More

A hotel at the seashore, with sufficient breakfast and good food. The desserts poor.Hotel was clean but there was a leakage from the sewages filling bathroom with water everyday. Although we had informed them about that, there was no response at all. Beautiful music and foklor dancing night. The hotel is very difficult to be traced. It is located in... More

Stayed for one night of a tour round Crete, booked way back in March knowing the hotel location and grounds. We were so disappointed with our room. Very dated decor, fridge not plugged in (there wasnt even a plug socket it could've gone into!). No room safe. Bathroom tiny, dated and a little mouldy, with a 'stick-to-the-body shower curtain. Breakfast... More
