Well i wish i had very good words to write here... Although the premises outside look ideal, the internal of the rooms were just affordable (according to the price of 165€) - we had to change the room offered to us when arrived. This 10 years old hotel needs serious improvements. Under-stuffed also (in August!!!...). Its main advantage -> the... More

Terrible in so many ways it is hard to describe. Although the staff is friendly they can't help this disaster. The rooms are dingy and resemble a by the hour motel. Broken A/C, a TV from the 60s that barely works, a bed just about a foot off the floor with a mattress that sounds and feels like cardboard, a... More

I did not choose this hotel i got upgraded from the one that I booked. This place is in the middle of nowhere you step out of your room and you could be in some spaghetti western. There's a bus that stops outside the hotel and that takes you to the beach or the town, you can get your tickets... More

I was there few days ago and it was one of the best holidays that i ever had. hotel is between Chora and beaches like Ag.Prokopios, Ag.Anna and Plaka. yes it is little-bit far and u can't go by walk to the city center, but in front of hotel there is bus stop, and u can buy tickets in the... More

The staff was very nice and friendly if you come up with some questions. Although there was no initiative from their part to share useful information. For instance, we asked for some names of good restaurants, the answer we got was "I can't help you as I don't eat here, but out in the mountains." The hotel is located at... More

Having read the recent reviews I arrived with some trepidation !! Reception - welcoming and helpful. Room - clean, functional, comfy and superb view Air Con - typical Greek... Slow to start but worked well. Breakfast - great choice. Usual fruit juices, coffee, tea, water from water cooler. Cakes breads pastries etc. cooked breakfast comprising bacon sausage scrambled egg beans... More

Has the appearance and feel of a Hotel in trouble struggling to stay afloat. Needs money spending on it to bring it back to where it once, obviously, was and maybe could be again. Appears to lack management and leadership, staff are slipshod because they are allowed to be. On a recent 15 day holiday to the Greek Islands we... More

This is a modern clean hotel which is let down by the location. the nearest beach is 1km away and you are walking on a long winding road with traffic whizzing past and not to be done at night. there is a shuttle bus which takes you into Naxos but again no night service. friendly staff and the rooms are... Stayed as part of a SAGA group on half board basis. Accommodation beautiful, little rooms set in lush grounds with small private balcony/terrace. Bathroom and bedroom were both clean, well decorated and comfortable. Pool was literally just outside our terrace and was warm and inviting. We have mobility problems so didn't venture into town, but most of the group got... More

The Naxos Palace Hotel is situated at the top of a small hill. The rooms are spacious and very clean, the staff is friendly and always ready to help with a smile. The hotel grounds are very beautiful, with a large pool surrounded by the various stone and stucco buildings that make up the rooms. It's spread out, never too... More
