It is not strange why most of the pictures shown in the internet are that of the swimming pool area and of the outside area of the hotel. We stayed there for 11 nights so there was plenty of time to form an opinion. Our room was on the road, which made it quite noisy and every time a certain... More

We stayed there for 3 nights for which we did not pay so I guess for free it was a more than an OK hotel. The outside look of the hotel was nice. The room was spacious but not very clean. The pool bar was very expensive and the service was not good. We had half board so we also... More

It's the 3rd summer we've been visiting Naxos Palace, and every time it gets better and better. I won't stick to the same comments about how lovely the place is (love the swimming pool!), how nice the rooms are, the friendliness of the staff, etc. This time I will praise Marco with his fantastic coctails and attitude, and the cool,... The staff seem friendly and the facilities are ok. 3 star ok, not 4 star. Pool is nice but there are not enough sun beds and a lot of people have to sit on chairs. We only tried the breakfast buffet which is not that nice with nothing fresh and many flies buzzing around a lot of the uncovered food.... More

We stayed at the Naxos Palace as a part of the Saga tour "A Taste of the Greek Islands" which was a very good tour, however this hotel slightly let it down. The hotel itself was lovely, the staff were absolutely brilliant, the rooms were excellent, we had a nice balcony, he towels were changed every day, the food was... More

This hotel was clean, it had large rooms, good facilities, lovely gardens, very nice pool areas and lovely staff. We enjoyed the food, we ate breakfasts and dinners there and the quality and range was very good. The only problem was the situation, it took about 15 minutes to walk into the village, not a problem in daylight although there... More

We stayed here,as part of Saga's tour, 'A taste of the Greek Islands.' Which overall is an excellent holiday but this hotel seriously let's it down...why they use it is an enigma!! The two main problems are the hotels isolated position, particularly at night and the quality and presentation of the food. The accommodation to be fair is good. The rooms... More

Dear guest, thank you very much for the time you have spent for writing this review. Firstly, it is true that the hotel is a bit out of town, but it is located only 800m. away from the village and the beach of Agios Prokopios, a pretty fair walking distance. The public transport (to and from town) runs every half... More

Lovely hotel, a bit off of the beaten track, but there was a shuttle bus at times. Food a bit iffish often cold if you got to the resturant about 1/2 hr after they opened. Rooms were very comfortable walk in showers excellent. Not enough parasols around the pool for the number of beds. Food and drink at poolside expensive.local... More

Not very clean. Food inedible and cold although, thankfully, the bread was nice. We went with Saga only to find that the nearest beach or bit of life was nearly a mile down a steep, unlit road which obviously meant a steep trek back which is obviously unsuitable. The local bus wouldn't stop so spent money on Taxi. Couldn't wait... More

I enjoyed my stay here and found the staff great. Only problem was when it came to hire a car through the hotel. We were given an old rusty fait punto that had absolutely no fuel in it whats so ever. This is annoying because when it comes to returning the car there is always some left. We found this... More
