Stayed there late October - early November. Loved the pool area, although it was a little cold at the time. Lots of nice tips from the reception (even for the islands we were going to visit next). Will come again!

I stayed here as part of a tour for a few nights. The rooms are spread out over a large area, and the one I had was as far away as it could be from the dining room etc. I had a fall trying to negotiate the way back to the room in the dark, as the lighting up beyond... More

This hotel consists of a main building housing the public rooms and the bedrooms are dotted about in its quite extensive garden, there is a good pool with a separate one for children. The buffet meals are good and varied. The bedrooms are comfortably furnished with pleasant balconies, the only drawback is the lack of hot water.

A lovely room overlooking a rocky outcrop and across the bay to Naxos town. Well worth the climb up the steps to the top of the building. Bathroom lacking hot water but this is not unusual in Greek Hotels ~ plumbing is often hit and miss. Nice comfortable bed. Buffet style meals. Good friendly service. Naxos is another lovely Island

We arrived to the hotel late at night and we were greeted by a very helpful Scottish guy who showed us to the room. The room was very traditional with Naxos marble and a big king size bed. We enjoyed particularly the pool area and we ended up staying there for the next 2 days enjoying the mojitos that Nikos... More

Stayed here for 3 nights and it is a well appointed Hotel with a great pool, clean and good service. A 20 minute stroll into the village and civilisation and coffee, be careful as there are no sidewalk/pavements on this road and it is busy with several blind bends (you have to change sides so the traffic can see you)... No complaints about the room or the pool area but we had pre paid for half board and the food was unappetising both at breakfast and dinner. We didn't have the option of going to a nearby restaurant for dinner either as this hotel is pretty isolated. We were only booked in for 3 nights and I'm glad it wasn't... More

We stayed here on a Saga "Taste of the Greek Islands" tour. First the good news. As seems to be everywhere in the Greek Islands the people/staff are brilliant. The hotel was very clean and bright. The food was very Greek cuisine, which was OK by me, but not my good lady. On the down side, the complex is very... More

I read some of the reviews about Naxos Palace before staying there and I was apprehensive about what it would be like. I've come on TripAdvisor to say, please don't believe the negative reviews. This is a small, family-run hotel with genuinely friendly staff, the lush gardens and poolside are incredibly well maintained, the rooms spacious and comfortable. As for... More

This hotel was absolutely disappointing. In no way is it a 4 star hotel. To begin with the breakfast was ridiculous, no variety at all. There is no decaffenated coffee, except for frappe, which is instant. The coffee machine was broken most days. If you want to order food during the day, Cross your fingers that there's someone in the... More
