Stayed here for 3 nights and it is a well appointed Hotel with a great pool, clean and good service. A 20 minute stroll into the village and civilisation and coffee, be careful as there are no sidewalk/pavements on this road and it is busy with several blind bends (you have to change sides so the traffic can see you)... No complaints about the room or the pool area but we had pre paid for half board and the food was unappetising both at breakfast and dinner. We didn't have the option of going to a nearby restaurant for dinner either as this hotel is pretty isolated. We were only booked in for 3 nights and I'm glad it wasn't... More

We stayed here on a Saga "Taste of the Greek Islands" tour. First the good news. As seems to be everywhere in the Greek Islands the people/staff are brilliant. The hotel was very clean and bright. The food was very Greek cuisine, which was OK by me, but not my good lady. On the down side, the complex is very... More

I read some of the reviews about Naxos Palace before staying there and I was apprehensive about what it would be like. I've come on TripAdvisor to say, please don't believe the negative reviews. This is a small, family-run hotel with genuinely friendly staff, the lush gardens and poolside are incredibly well maintained, the rooms spacious and comfortable. As for... More

This hotel was absolutely disappointing. In no way is it a 4 star hotel. To begin with the breakfast was ridiculous, no variety at all. There is no decaffenated coffee, except for frappe, which is instant. The coffee machine was broken most days. If you want to order food during the day, Cross your fingers that there's someone in the... More

My brother and I recently spent a week at the Naxos Palace. It was such a friendly hotel! All the staff were lovely, especially Marko the barman who always went out of his way to make you feel at home. We loved the gardens, and the pool was great. We had dinner there the first night which was really nice... More

This hotel is reasonably close to the beach, but quite far from anything else. The property itself is beautiful, spanning lush gardens and a nice sprawling pool. The rooms are a different story. The A/C hardly works, the wifi does not work in the room, the beds are uncomfortable and the room is generally 'worn out'. It may be cheaper... More

It is not strange why most of the pictures shown in the internet are that of the swimming pool area and of the outside area of the hotel. We stayed there for 11 nights so there was plenty of time to form an opinion. Our room was on the road, which made it quite noisy and every time a certain... More

We stayed there for 3 nights for which we did not pay so I guess for free it was a more than an OK hotel. The outside look of the hotel was nice. The room was spacious but not very clean. The pool bar was very expensive and the service was not good. We had half board so we also... More

It's the 3rd summer we've been visiting Naxos Palace, and every time it gets better and better. I won't stick to the same comments about how lovely the place is (love the swimming pool!), how nice the rooms are, the friendliness of the staff, etc. This time I will praise Marco with his fantastic coctails and attitude, and the cool,...
