It was our first time at Villa Pitti while travelling through the Tuscany for 5 nights. The Villa is hard to find nowhere signs could be better described. The first impression with Stefano was very good with lots of useful informations. The place itself is really beautiful, peaceful well maintained and calm. What a park perfect for some days to... We stayed for over a week in June and didn’t want to leave. Do not be deceived by the journey to the villa which is through a residential area, as once you drive through the Villa’s gates you are greeted by a magical venue which has been immaculately restored by Stefano. The grounds are stunning with a beautiful swimming pool... More

We were lucky enough to find this wonderful place. Beautiful suites and immaculate grounds as well as a great pool with loungefurniture. Best of all is the hospitality of Stefano and Alesandra who makes you feel more than welcome. Excellent location for exploring Tuscany. Comes highly recommended!

Upon arriving at this oasis, 20 minutes from Lucca and 45 minutes from Firenze, on outskirts of a suburban town, you are surrounded by manicured grounds, a beautiful pool area and zone of comfort. The rooms are as nice as any Relais Chateau property (which it is not) in style, design and comfort. Our two suites were huge and luxurious.... More

On arrival at the Villa my partner made the mistake of calling the Villa an "hotel". The owner, Stefano, pointed out that it is not an hotel, it is his home. The front part of this enormous country house has been converted into beautiful guest rooms and suites, There is a large, manicured, lawned area with a big swimming pool.... More

I booked this hotel for my cousins 25th wedding anniversay. They were coming over to Italy from Canada and I wanted something special. I wasn't let down, it is as beautiful as it appears on the website. Stephan and his wife have certainly created a delightful hotel with great attention to detail. Even the groundsman (who incidentally was English) gave... More

Wow. Stefano has built an amazing place in the middle of town. It's a first class resort, and everything is in the little details. The garden is spotless, the pool is super clean, the rooms are well decorated with the best furniture there is. The design is clean and in the highest level. We have stayed in the suite, which... This beautiful bed and breakfast is a wonderful find. The grounds are breathtaking and the rooms have been renovated and furnished impeccably. Stefano is an excellent host and offered lots of helpful advise for restaurants as the villa does not have one. If you are lucky, he will even have you join in on some Italian karaoke. Quite fun. The... More

The location of the property is excellent for touring the area, very convenient to Lucca, Pisa, and Florence, and we found Montecatini Terme a little treasure. The property itself was very beautiful and our room was large ( jumior king suite), very comfortable and very clean. We were very excited to stay there but from the start, it did not... More
