Stayed for one night here. Very clean and well looked after, spacious rooms. Good sized balcony. Breakfast was nice, but arrived half an hour before breakfast finished and seemed to have missed all the pastries! Spa is nice, but there is no info in the room about the rules and regulations. You need to go down in your robe and... More

The spa is nice and offer enough facilities. Clean and tidy. Beds were 2 next to each other and not one large size, also they were stiff. Staff was ok, not as nice as other Italian locations which are more tourist welcoming. Note that if you also work than there is NO COMPUTER and NO printer offered for the guest.... More

This hotel is very clean, bright and spacious. The staff are variable. The reception, restaurant and spa staff are friendly. The bar staff unfortunately not so. The bar and general areas are a huge let down. The restaurant is fine for breakfast but the dinner service is rather uncomfortable. Food at dinner was very poor. The room was large, comfortable... We went to Descenzano expecting to stay in another hotel which was fully booked and this was to our advantage it turned out as we were relocated to this charming, relaxing haven which we couldnt be happier with. The staff were extremely friendly and couldnt do enough for us. the room was spotless and spacious and our location was close... More

We stayed here for a week in mid - september, we have previously stayed in Sirmione and wanted to try something different this year. The hotel does not look very charming from the outside, it looks slightly like something out of a early James Bond film which I guess could have it´s charm too (if you are a russian spy)... More

I stayed at the Hotel Acquaviva at the end of a 3 leg trip to Italy with my Son who is almost 16, and I have to say on the whole that the hotel was good. Yes I would agree its a little far to Desenzano and to Sirmione to walk if you don't like walking but it is actually... More

Located on a moderately busy road on the shore of the Lake. It is possible but quite a walk to Sirmione and Desenzano and the hotel is midway but this was 30mins brisk walk. The area is a good one to access ferry trips around the whole lake either from Sirmone or Densenzano. The hotel does not look inspiring and... More

I've been there recently with my wife and my little girl (6 years old). The hotel is very nice, the room is very comfortable and clean. There are two pools in the center of the park (1 for kids) and one indoor. there is also a tunnel that connect the hotel to the private "beach" where you can find 3... More

If you have never traveled perhaps you will find this charmless hotel acceptable. The over priced spa, the tacky rooms with cheap furniture & horrible pillows & mattresses. Do NOT be fooled by the candles at the reception.. This hotel has no charm or soul.. I would not stay here again if you paid me.. The TV does not work... More

We stayed for 4 nights in September. Overall I would recommend the hotel. We had a "panorama" room, but on the first floor. The panorama view of the car park was brilliant. In fairnees to the hotel staff, they were not able ot offer us an alternative room on the first day but did offer a change of room, on... More
