I stayed at the Hotel Acquaviva at the end of a 3 leg trip to Italy with my Son who is almost 16, and I have to say on the whole that the hotel was good. Yes I would agree its a little far to Desenzano and to Sirmione to walk if you don't like walking but it is actually... More

Located on a moderately busy road on the shore of the Lake. It is possible but quite a walk to Sirmione and Desenzano and the hotel is midway but this was 30mins brisk walk. The area is a good one to access ferry trips around the whole lake either from Sirmone or Densenzano. The hotel does not look inspiring and... More

I've been there recently with my wife and my little girl (6 years old). The hotel is very nice, the room is very comfortable and clean. There are two pools in the center of the park (1 for kids) and one indoor. there is also a tunnel that connect the hotel to the private "beach" where you can find 3... More

If you have never traveled perhaps you will find this charmless hotel acceptable. The over priced spa, the tacky rooms with cheap furniture & horrible pillows & mattresses. Do NOT be fooled by the candles at the reception.. This hotel has no charm or soul.. I would not stay here again if you paid me.. The TV does not work... More

We stayed for 4 nights in September. Overall I would recommend the hotel. We had a "panorama" room, but on the first floor. The panorama view of the car park was brilliant. In fairnees to the hotel staff, they were not able ot offer us an alternative room on the first day but did offer a change of room, on... More

I had a beautiful experience at this hotel. First of all, the structure is modern and well mantained in all its different areas: lobby, rooms, SPA, breakfast room etc.. It is located a few kilometres from Desenzano center. We were given a free upgrade upon our arrival that we really appreciated: we were placed in a big room with a... More

Excellent hotel. The good: Excellent breakfast, excellent rooms, excellent service, excellent indoor pool (29 degrees), very easy underground access to the lake (private beach)... The bad: Water in outdoor pool was cold, heating in all jacuzzis by the lake didn't work, food in restaurants for lunch and dinner is so so and expensive.

This hotel has everything, despite a slightly faded 1970's exterior inside it is spacious and efficient, it has two swimming pools, a gym, health spa and more massage therapies than you can shake a stick at, it even has a secret underground tunnel under the road which brings you to a private beach with 3 jacuzzi's, sunbeds and a cabin... Drive in may underwhelm you but as soon as you get inside you'll start to feel the quality. Stayed for 3 nights as part of 3 week honeymoon. Rooms were clean and a good size with the bathroom being well stocked for products and a powerful shower. Breakfast was excellent; fresh juices and fruit and the bacon and eggs were... More

I was there for a quick holidays.. Just 3 days over the weekend. Very modern rooms and hotel, perfectly clean with awesome services like private beach on the lake with iacuzzi pools, beautiful and free Spa and internal pool over the roof.. Inside a pleasant garden. Nothing to remarks, just wonderful stay.
