We have just visited the hotel Galeazzi for 11 nights for out first visit to lake Garda. We found the hotel just what we wanted. All the staff are very friendly and the hotel was clean and tidy. we had room 310 which had views of the pool lake and the hills behind the hotel. The barman Chris was a... More

Visited the Hotel Galeazzi at the beginning of July accompanied by my wife for one week courtesy of Ingams Holidays. Researched this Hotel before we travelled so was not surprised by a almost old fashioned boarding house feel. The rooms were big and comfortable although a little tired, the food was very good but don't expect Italian cuisine. Free Wine... More

Just come back from a week at the Inghams run Hotel Galeazzi. For Lake Garda, in my opinion, this hotel represents excellent value for money. The team, led by Rosanna, couldn't have been more helpful and friendly... and so hard-working! Nothing was too much trouble for anyone. Rosanna spoke to everyone and we were treated as guests - not clients!... More

This hotel will not disappoint on food evening meals were lovely and very well presented. The staff are very friendly and helpful especially Rosanna the manager she will go out of her way to make sure everything is great. My only small moan and it is a small one is that 2 adults and 1 child aged 9, the rooms... More

I spent a week at the Galleazzi in July with my mum.I am vegetarian and quite fussy but the food was fabulous. The trouble with Italian hotels is the choice for a vegetarian is either pasta or pizza. there was a good variety of vegetarian food cooked well.I even asked for seconds one night. Lovely staff: John the Inghams rep was... More

We booked a last minute 4 night stay and on the whole we were not disappointed. Included with our stay was a free airport shuttle (air con was iffy) and a free boat trip to Sirmione (Sunday) which was arguably our most enjoyable day! Upon arrival we were greeted by the friendly English staff. All staff are willing to help... More

We have travelled extensively over the years throughout Switzerland, Austria and Italy both with Inghams and privately. Value for money this hotel is the best yet. Rosanna leads, by example, a young team of friendly, enthusiastic and hard working staff providing excellent cuisine, service and facilities. It is impossible to please everyone all of the time but any critics must... More

This Inghams Chalet hotel had some really good qualities but some other things let it down. We were prepared for the hotel to be informal and casual and that was the case. It is an attractive place with really nice outside spaces and a pool. Unfortunately, it is set right beside a busy road and the road noise is intrusive,... More
