At the end of a long trip visiting stone villages, this was our last stop and what a wonderful stay it was. Even after everywhere else we stayed, this town, these hosts, and this B&B were very special indeed. It was very very nice to wander around the stone paths within the village, then also along the beautiful river and... More

We stayed two nights at the end of April. Both the town itself and this small osteria were intimate and friendly. We stayed in the somewhat larger lavender room, which was spacious yet had a cozy feel. Very comfortable memory foam bed. Bathroom a bit small, but new, avant garde, and well laid out . Meals were fabulous. Simona, the... More

We picked it because it is located in Rochetta Nervina, which is less than an hour from the coastal highway and close to famous hicking trails, freshwater natural pools, and other historic villages (eg Apricale). La Pecora Nera couldn't have been better... More

We'd go up on a small red ladder to the bedroom loft. The whole idea was so new and interesting to us,... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Within the historic centre of Rocchetta Nervina, between the old stone houses and green plants of Wisteria and jasmine, we created an oasis of peace and rest stop. Two cozy rooms and one mini apartment, relaxing and fresh await on the second floor of an old 17th century building with barrel vaults and the stones. ... more   less
