We wanted to stay in a hotel in Kappeln but because all hotels were booked I found Ostseehotel Damp , checked the available information and booked 4 nights at the hotel.
The buildings are 70's style , the reception area looks more like a hospital entrance.

We had an ok week in Damp. The sports center is great with both indoor and outdoor tennis courts, badminton and squash court.
