My boyfriend and I stayed at the Ocean Point Hotel for three days and two nights. Despite all the negative stuff I read on the Internet I decided to go anyway because I was aware that the hotel is now run by new management and I also have some family living in Tobago who informed me that it was a... more

This hotel provided a safe area for tourist who wish to visit Tobago. It is less than five minutes drive to the country,s first mall - Gulf City where you can get food and clothes, a drugstore and an atm. For the price it was not a bad experience and the living quarter was quite comfortable and properly air conditioned.... more

To begin with it is not opposite to tobagio Hilton..it is a little way off...the bach that is close by is dirty and the hotel itslef looks shabby. I noone has really visited therein a while. The phots on the website were misleading. I... more

We also read some of the negative reviews on Ocean Point Hotel but we decided to go anyway. We weren't disappointed. On our arrival we received arranged transport to carry us to the hotel. We were greeted with a warm & friendly manager who made us feel at home. Our room was poolside which was cozy & clean with a... more

We decided to book at Ocean Point because the price was in our lower budget and because of the excellent customer service when booking our stay. However, after reading some of the other terrible reviews about this hotel, we almost considered not showing up and immediately going to another hotel. But we decided to check it out since our money... more

This is a great little hotel. We had a group of 5 couples and had a great time during our week long stay. The hotel is clean and the staff are very friendly. The pricing was straightforward, inexpensive and included the VAT. If you are expecting a resort atmosphere, you're not going to get it here. This hotel worked great... more

Tabago is such a crime ridden place. This Hotel is just across the street from the Hilton but it has 6 foot block walls around the complex with 5 strands of Barbed wire on top of the wall and then circular razor wire going around the top 2 strands of barbed wire. If you want to be in prison with... more

Oh god, where do I begin? This place was the biggest joke ever, even for Tobago. Don’t believe a word of their website or photos. I have no clue what the golf course is even referring to. The only nice part of the Ocean Point Hotel was the Hilton pool a mile away. I couldn’t tell if the manager was... more

We had booked into this hotel for 10 days but could barely manage the one night there. The only good thing we have to say is that we were able to get most of our money back. This hotel completly misrepresents itself on their website. Do not believe a word that they say. It is dirty, horribly rundown, and smells... more

I've stayed in many hotels and apartments in Tobago since we live in the sister isle of Trinidad. This was without a doubt the worst experience we ever had. Firstly the price we paid was just less than what we booked a villa for in Easter the year before. Secondly, we taken aback at the size of the room. It... more
