I found the experience very warm, staff was helpful and the hotel is very well coordinated with the restaurant.Loved the infinity pool and the private beach. The only negatives was the amount of refrigerator space and also no microwave or kichenette area.

We used a Groupon to stay here sight unseen. The views of the coast are breathtaking. The rooms are beautiful. Great service, great food, walking distance to Scarborough. If you look closely you'll see that it lacks a bit of polish but that's part of the charm. Also, I get the impression that a major improvement and expansion is coming... More

There are some really amazing things about this hotel. The main one for me is the customer service. Most of the staff is very helpful and attentive. My wonderful experience with this hotel began with booking my stay. Alma, from Reservations, really went beyond the call of duty to assist me with transport arrangements during my family's stay. I was... More

From the moment we made our reservation it was a fantastic experience having a friendly and helpful person on the other end of the phone. Our arrival was met by Danielle, who was well versed in everything about the hotel and it's amenities and always with a bright smile. The room was very nice, comfortable, clean and with a great... My first visit to Trinidad and Tobago and the carribean and did not what to expect. This hotel is really nice and located on the cliffs with a stunning view. The room was nice and also the bed. Big bathroom. We arrived late in the evening and the Café Havanna held open just for us. Very nice breakfast with some... More

The hotel was very nice and clean it is very secluded and cabs need to be taken to go into the more "touristy" areas. The hotel did not have much going on and did not have many connections for excursions or things to do or eat outside of the hotel. I received most of my recommendations for food and excursions... With its simple but comfortable rooms, stunning sea views and private beach this hotel is an oasis of relaxation and comfort. As a couple looking for a quiet and uncomplicated holiday Bacolet Beach Club and it's staff proved to be the ideal place. Located on the Atlantic side of the island, car hire added to our ability to enjoy all... More

This hotel is definately not a 4* hotel, more like a 2*. I was extremely dissapointed with my stay here. Hotel is way over priced for what it is. Could of stayed on an other all inclusive Carribean island for what I paid here. Beach - Jelly fish littered the shore one morning and mid afternoon the ocean was full... More

This is our second stay at this beautiful boutique hotel and I must say it did not disappoint. My wife and I stayed for 5 days and it's definitely a little Caribbean gem. The staff were very friendly and really went the extra mile to make sure that our stay was as relaxing and enjoyable as possible. Coming from the... More

We stayed for a week and really enjoyed our stay there. We were upstairs and thought the room and view from the room was excellent with a nice balcony and although there were building works next door that didn't affect us at all. We thought the staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned very well. There... More
