Leaving today. The atmosphere here compounded by the friendly staff is second to none in this part of the country . Food is great. The only downside is that because of the topography, it's not child friendly. This however is good, in that you spend the quality time with your kids that they so deserve . Can't wait to be... More

Friendly staff, great service! We stayed there for 2 nights with the intention of going to the beautiful Rio Seco falls!! Both falls and hotel exceeded our expectations. The food was very good. The view was fabulous.

Stayed here with my boyfriend because we wanted a little relaxing getaway. The first night was interested to say the least. Something flew into the power line and caused half the compound to not have electricity. So as we made our way for dinner we had ti use the phone flashlight since there was no one there to escort us... More

No complaints. Perfect atmosphere, friendly and helpful service. Love the rooms. Love love love the view. Just luv it. Even though the hotel was packed it felt empty because of how big the place was. Every one was scattered perfectly around the compound, it only felt packed at meal times, where you can actually see the vast number of customers

I attended a retreat accompanied with 6 co workers, The staff was extremely pleasant, (from the security to the Gardner, the front desk and Management) "They understand service" The food was great, and the rooms were very comfortable large conference room, lovely Hammock and massage area I recommend this to anyone who wants to get away, business or pleasure

I am actually at the "resort and spa" now. I was rudely awoken by a couple massive ants - well what I think to be ants - crawling all over me and two a splash of cold water from the ac unit above my bed. It's dripping copious amounts of water on my bed as I write this. Disappointed by... More

This resort was the choice of a weekend getaway for the family (20-22nd Dec). On arrival the security and front desk personnel were very accommodating in ensuring that we got settled in soonest. On day 2 we were introduced to the warm and friendly staff who was knowledgeable, courteous and had a way with the kids. The atmosphere was transformed... More

We went to book 2 nights at the resort close to Playa Del Este, however they were refurbishing, so we went to Playa Del Este instead and how glad we were that we did!
