We are a family of 5 with kids aged 13, 13 and 15, and spent 5 nights at Botaira and loved it. The staff are fantastic and made us feel very welcomed. We had one of the beachfront bures and it was cozy with the 5 of us. There were water problems while we were there, actually there was no... More

We stayed 6 nights at Botaira beach resort which was a great choice for us. There is lots of space, lovely beach and not many people, with only 10 bures. Our bure was nice and fairly simple, which was all that we needed. The staff were excellent - special thanks to Sam. They were very welcoming and friendly, and offered... More

My partner and I stayed at Botaira for 2 nights at the start of July. We had a great time! The food was delicious with a great variety, the staff were friendly and welcoming and the snorkeling was amazing right outside our very comfortable beachfront bure. The entertainment had us laughing so much! We had lots of fun!

My husband, three boys (6,3 and 1) and I spent ten nights at Botaira last month. It's a very special place and the staff are very special people. Warm and caring and they were just so great with the kids. Honestly not sure how to review this place. It was not perfect. But when we got off the boat they... More

We recently spent 9 wonderful nights at beautiful Botaira. The bures are being renovated. They are looking really lovely. Some have tiled floors instead floors instead of timber and all have had the wood paneled walls removed and relined with plaster board, new curtains etc. The power problems with the solar power to each bure is being addressed and hopefully... My husband and I stayed here 2 nights and at first I didn't love it. The rooms felt a little old and terrible shower, no pressure. The island itself was very pretty and snorkelling was best we came across for coral and fish. Now by the time we left we came to love this place, not for the rooms but... More

Easy going life from morning to bedtime. The day starts at the beach, and when the day turns to night you walk in the sand to your bungalow. There is absolutely nothing that will make your day stressful. During low-tide it's difficult to walk into the water because of the corals, but they have made a path where you can... More

I went to Botaira Resort for a few days as part of my study abroad program. It was full of relaxation and adventures. The staff was very welcoming and extremely helpful. I spent plenty of my time snorkeling in the water, where I saw a coral reef shark. As well as swim with manta rays for an inexpensive price. If... More

If you wish to experience western-standard luxuries do not book this, but if you’d like a few days to step off the world, live by the light & not watches & embrace true Fijian hospitality, this could be the place. The first “bula” welcome, with flowers & songs, sets the tone, the staff could not be kinder, more cheerful, charming... More

We spent few days at Botaira Resort early January. We had an amazing time ! The staff is really nice, welcoming (with welcome and farewell songs with yukulele...). The snorkeling spots in front of the resort are the best one I have done in Fiji Islands. My friends even saw a reef shark. The fishes and corals are amazing. The... More
