Spent 5 nights at octopus in July with 2 daughters (17 & 20). Had been previously for 5 nights 4 years ago for a wedding & had great memories so decided to return. As good as the first time - now have a newer bar on beachfront which was great for sunset drinks. Overall a very quiet relaxing place. They... More

An absolutely stunning resort, without a doubt our favourite place to stay in the Yasawas. We were so sad that we could only spend 2 nights there as we had pre booked our other destinations, you could easily spend a full week here. As the Yasawa flyer pulled into the bay you couldn't really see much, but as soon as... More

I loved octopus resort from start to finish; friendly staff, delicious food and you get a choice from an a la carte menu which is unlike some other island resorts, comfortable rooms, hot showers, and some good activities. My only downside was I arrived on a Monday for three nights, and Monday and Tuesday nights are 'chill out' nights so... More

Just had a wonderful 5 days with the family at Octopus Resort in the Yasawa Islands. Outstanding - friendly, relaxing and authentic. The two bure we had were very pleasant, the food was great and the mojitos awesome. The real highlights were however the wonderful local staff and environment. Great snorkelling amongst well preserved coral right off the beach, school... More

This place was beautiful, the beds were clean, the food amazing and the staff hospitable. We stayed in the dorms because the prices are so much better and darn glad we did (cheaper and included aircon). What you paid for the good was worth it. I am pretty high maintanence and alwas felt comfortable here. Their alacarte dinners were exceptional!... More

Stayed for 7 nights late August. We booked a Beachfront Bure for 3 nights and then moved to a Point room because I mistakenly thought I needed air conditioning. At this time of the year you don't need it at all the evenings are cool and you are able to sleep comfortably without it. I much preferred the Beachfront Bure,... More

Stayed here in bure 17 for 5nights in September. ALL bure's are mixed which I think needs to be changed but luckily for me the four bed was only occupied by three females for my stay. Rooms are all you need and Mosquitos aren't that bad. Sept time is perfect to visit as warm all day and fresh in eve... More

Went to Octopus Resort for the 3rd time last month. I always visit it as my last stop before heading back to Denarau. The resort reef was gorgeous and I had the amazing opportunity of doing a night snorkel with divemaster Kuki. It was a surreal experience! The meals were excellent and staff alway helpful. Massages were also really good.... More

This resort has a fabulous beach and outstanding snorkeling but I think the poor management and accommodation made our holiday less magical. We went on a family holiday and specifically asked for 2 Bures next to each other (we booked 6 months ahead) and were put at opposite ends of the resort. We stayed in the premium garden Bures -... We had the perfect holiday here. They have got the blend just right. Friendly, casual, but a little luxury. Nice food. Amazing location - coral reef and fish off the beach. Activities if you are keen, or just laze around in a hammock, cool off in the sea and wander up to the bar for cocktails at happy hour. A... More
