clean dorms, right on the edge of the sea which makes it quite loud at night. friendly staff, fantastic activities e.g. cave diving where blue lagoon was filmed. the locals run a tiny tea room which is all outdoor and they sell tea and cake and jewellery! fab food, really recommend this island. so beautiful.

A small Fijian resort located on the western side of Nacula Island near the Blue Lagoon and 25 minute ride to Sawela Cave. Has a capacity of around 40 people with a mixture of Bures and Dorms. The local village has recently taken over management and in conjunction with the American owner (Richard Evanson) of Turtle Cove Resort (on the... More

Stayed here for our last two nights in the Yasawa islands, enjoyed our cave trip and snorkeling in the blue lagoon. Staff very nice and friendly, village tour was enjoyable. Girls who stayed in the dorms who we had become friends with had a bad experience as the mattresses were infested with bed bugs. They did move them to another... More

Bula DonnaMJ6643EE We would like to apologise for your unsatisfactory stay. We would also like to inform you that that earlier this year the land owner instigated a coup and Kicked the international investor off the resort. There is legal action pending however Tevita (the landowner) has full control of everything at the resort. We have had mostly negative feedback... More

Safe Landing was one of three Yasawa Island stays and definately the best in terms of free activities, paid activities and nightly entertainment. The Beach bure we had was comfortable and had solar hot water which was a treat after cold showers elsewhere. We went to Sunday church in the Naisisili village a 10 minute walk away, and it was... Safe Landing resort was the last location we arrived during our 9 day travel through Yasawa islands. First impression was great. The water was crystal clear and blue, the island green and exotic. Sandy beach, good rooms in the shade of palms, straight in front of the beach. After warm welcome song we were taken to the main area/restaurant where... More

We spent a week at Safe Landing - this was the only place we stayed in the Yasawas, we wanted to try just one place and stay put and get to know people. We had a great time. We stayed in a private bure, and it was very comfortable for the two of us. Did a few of the paid... More

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
Safe Landing Resort is at the moment has been illegally taken over by the landowner in a coup. He has threatened physical harm to the international investor and he would burn down the resort if the court decides against him.
