This is a gated area with several privately owned cottages/villas (ours was owned by Republic Bank) that are rented out to tourists. The villas are good in terms of real estate... but they lacked some basic amenities. For instance, we requested but could not get bathroom slippers. The villas have good view, with swimming pool in each, but are neither... More

Dear rajarshisen, Thank you so much for staying with us recently at The Villas of Stonehaven. The Villas at Stonehaven is not a hotel in the traditional sense and its appeal resonates with travelers who truly enjoy the Villa concept i.e the ability to prepare meals and enjoy the setting of an upscale home environment. We are sorry that we... More

We had a really delicious lunch yesterday at Stonehaven. The menu has changed !!!! They have healthier options, more vegetarian dishes with options to add shrimp or fresh fish. The food is made to order . It may take longer but it should. The service was very friendly . A little music would have been nice . Well done StoneHaven!... More

Dear Sapodilla 12, Thank you so much for having lunch with us recently at our Pavilion Restaurant, Stonehaven Villas. We are delighted that you enjoyed the food and we note that your visit with us in 2014 was a bit disappointing. So pleased that you gave us another chance. Our new Chef is outstanding and we look forward to see... More

As just a couple renting a villa, this was expensive accommodation. That said, the villa was beautiful, especially the terrace and private infinity pool. We had a wonderful two days there. There were 3 things that let it down: (1) The bed was very hard. It would have benefitted from having a quality mattress topper added. (2) There were no... More

We spent a weekend there and I did not want to leave. Kudos to miss Donna and the other staff. Wish I could live there :)! Do ensure you walk with all cooking supplies. Pita and pans are provided but no foodstuff.

The Villa in which we stayed was just magical. The in-house service was great. The infinity pool was the best part of waking up. The backdrop of the pool is a heavenly ocean view. I am from the Caribbean and am accustomed to beached. But I never got tired of that view......it was breathtaking. The cool Caribbean breezed flowed through... More

I was very happy to reach the property late at night and see how well received we were, and even more surprised at the villa. Spacious, just a breathtaking view of the ocean, and clean and well maintained rooms and living space including kitchen, washrooms and porch and very nice for a destination wedding, as guests travelling can be easily... PROS Location, location: We stayed at Stonehaven in Villa #10 in early June for 4 days. Ours was the, Hummingbird villa and it was really lovely and we did indeed see hummingbirds since they place a hummingbird feeder on the veranda and the birds do come to suckle the nectar. The villa is very spacious and eloquent and the view... More

Being regular, annual users, we were very impressed by the new evening menu, which is now top class thanks the chef's imagination. Really, really special. Extra 46 words required; The infinity pool is beautifully lit and the staff are wonderful.

Loved every minute here - so quiet and peaceful. The best part is listening to the waves in the evenings (yes, you can here them up the hills). The villa is spacious (great for a group) and Marcia, our housekeeper at No. 14, was very kind and friendly. It's large open plan but also allows little corners for privacy and... More

We stayed in Villa 11 for a week. The Villa was beautifully decorated and furnished throughout (however, not all the Villas are the same) with a lovely view across the villa gardens and out to sea where you can watch the sun set. The pool was fantastic and a great way of cooling off. Our villa attendant, Amrell, was great... More
