As a former Department Head of a large, national facility with daily shifts as the Manager on Duty (MOD), I am often willing to overlook the occasional glitch. But customer service is my peeve. The Cliffs of Moher Hotel is in receivership, and my thoughts would have been you want to be spot on in every aspect of your response... More

While on tour we stayed one night in the Cliffs of Moher Hotel. It enabled us to get to the actual Cliffs early in the morning, prior to the arrival of all the coaches coming from Dublin. Making for a nice visit at the Cliffs themselves. The room was modern and of a generous size. Bed was comfortable. Could not... More

This hotel could do with a revamp in places - there is no WiFi in the bedrooms, there is allegedly WiFi in the lobby but we couldn't connect to it. The lift was broken. The room had an old cathode ray TV. Just as well there is no graveyard nearby as the noise the refilling toilet cistern made was enough... More

we spent one night at the hotel specifically to see the cliffs. its definitely close to the cliffs, but there isn't a lot else in the town the room was a nice size, clean and had a little balcony - the view from the balcony was over the house next door to the water, which was fine. the bathroom had... The location was good to see the cliffs without much trouble. The hotel was clean, the staff was friendly and efficient. The food at the pub was VERY good and the menu offered a good variety. The breakfast was included in the price and was also very tasty and plentiful.

Upon first arrival thought it was going to be great experience but soon proved otherwise. No hot water in evening: cold showers are not nice. While room was spacious and sheets clean, bed was hard and lumpy. Wifi only in lobby and it was so S L O W. Kept going away actually. Breakfast was included in our price. Had... More

I arrived for just a one night stay and decided to grab a pint in the bar before checkin. The lady behind the bar was plesent and was as i later found out was also operating the front desk. She was obviously the manager and was excellent. When I enquired was the hotel busy she replied that they were and... More

We wanted to arrive at the Cliffs early in the morning to miss the crowds - and decided that this Motel type stay would fit the bill - we very happy and more than pleasantly surprised that our expectations were by far exceeded - the rooms are confortable and clean, the bathroom facilities are good - but what made the... Myself and my partner spent a couple of nights there on a two nights bed and breakfast including an evening meal. The good points was the excellent value for money. The food was plentiful, tasty, speedily delivered and piping hot. The service was impeccable. The breakfast was not the highest quality was plentiful and the waitress was lovely! So polite... More

We had stayed for 4 nights, the staff was very nice and funny. The first day we arrived was the bad day, lot of rain and wind ,we were introduced by pot of tea, staff also asked us for free of hot sandwiches but we said no, we were okay with the cup of tea. Breakfast was fantastic, lot of... More
