Our room was large, clean and comfortable because it had a twin bed and a queen bed. Lots of towels and counter space in the bathroom. Nice breakfast included. The phones did not work the three days (reception said they would be the first day we arrived) we were there so couldn't use to contact our traveling companions in another... More

I was a solo traveller staying at this hotel for 4 nights, it is a really lovely hotel and the room I had was exceptionally nice, very comfortable, cosy and place to chill out in. A great location for visiting the cliffs of moher, the burren, and the beautiful coastline of Co Clare. The staff were very friendly and helpful... More

Beautiful hotel, really friendly staff with excellent service who made my stay very enjoyable. I would highly recommend it. The rooms where spotless and very modern, can't fault them in anyway. Breakfast had a great atmosphere and was very comfortable.

My wife and I, along with 3 other couples stayed at the Cliffs of Moher Hotel for 2 nights, recently. We drove directly from Shannon to Liscannor, in a constant rain, after an all night flight. Had a flat tire on the way, and got lost a number of times. Needless to say all of us were a bit stressed... More

My room was very comfortable and modern. Plenty of outlets, plush bedding. VERY hot water and great water pressure. The restaurant is also very nice. The full breakfast is well served and tasty. The bar area serves great lunch and dinner. I had the Ceasar salad and the mushrooms. Salad was great, mushrooms were very minimal and came with no... More

Found this place on our way back from the Cliffs of Moher. Had soup starter and salmon main course. All excellent, only let down was dessert as they had spoiled us with the ample portions in the first two courses, the apple tart looked very skinny beside the scoup of ice-cream. That said we were will fed and the other... More

We checked the web for alternate accommodation and found rooms available here.the hotel is deceptive- it has that old look outside but is modern inside comfortable , bright... More

I recently stayed 2 nights at the Cliffs of Moher Hotel. Caroline, at reception, seems to be the one woman orchestrator... she was everywhere service was required... and exceptionally professional. The room was modern and clean. The restaurant was good. All information needed about local sites and eateries was offered in a warm and helpful manner. The lobby-only WiFi was... More

The hotel looked more like a pub style bed and breakfast from the outside. Upon entering the hotel was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of not just the reception area but also the stairwell. The room was spacious. The only thing is the floor was tiled as you go into the room which I felt was a safety issue. The... More

4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 27, 2015

This hotel is ideally situated by the Cliffs of Moher, thus the name. It is clean and spacious. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was nice. Two downfalls for me though. 1) my bed was very hard and 2) wifi is only in the lobby (and spotty there). People traveling abroad need Internet in their rooms to stay in touch... More
