My partner and I recently attended a family wedding there. We had booked a room. Durning the wedding i received a phone call from my childminder to say my little girl was very sick so we had to return home. We had not slept in the room or anything. My father checked us out as we left in such a... More

We booked a 2 night family break over the midterm here and had a lovely time. We had interconnecting rooms and this was a nice change for our two kids. There was even a DVD player in the kids room should they wish to watch a movie. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The toilet being split from the... More

We had to book the hotel at the last minute and Catherine on reception went out of her way to facilitate us. She was courteous, friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and spacious. I had a problem with the shower in my room and a lovely night porter called P.J. together with the receptionist resolved the problem within minutes.... More

Booked a one-night stay here during a school mid-term break. Our room was pretty standard, clean and relatively bright, probably could do with modernising the decor but it was fine. And we paid €59 for the room which was very good value for money. I was expecting kids around the place, especially given the time of year, but I checked... More

Warm and friendly welcome. Service very good. Room well laid out and comfortable, like the idea of a separate shower area and toilet. TV reception poor. Wifi good. Restaurant very good. Breakfast a treat. The hotel enterenc is impressive with the 18th hole on the magnificent Christy O Connor designed course on your right as you drive in the avenue.

A family room was booked ( 2 rooms with adjoining door supplied) . This left our 3 kids plenty of room, with out 6 and 4 year delighted thinking they have their own room and TV! Rooms were very high quality, spotless bright and all the usual kettle, iron fridge large TV . The staff all very friendly and the... More

I stayed overnight to play golf with a family group. From the moment we arrived the staff, in all areas, couldnt have been more friendly or helpful. It was remarkable! Our room was perfectly clean and the wifi strong and working. The did was well thought out, flavoured and served. The breakfast was special with every element well chosen and... More

I stayed here with my mum. We got a great deal from a voucher site which was 139pps for 2 nights B&B with dinner on 1 night and €50 spa credit. Our room, 322, was adequate. We did ask for an upgrade but there was no availability. The beds were comfortable. However we found it difficult to regulate the ambient... More

Stayed here over the bank holiday weekend and my overall impression was of a very tired hotel in need of an upgrade. Lots of families and lots of small children in the bar / restaurant area which didn't provide the most peaceful and relaxing of atmospheres. Food was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. The bedrooms were comfy... More

Just back from a wonderful stay in Mount Wolseley where once again everything was perfect. Excellent accommodation, fantastic food especially the breakfast, excellent service and loads of things to keep the children occupied. Lovely friendly staff especially in the Leisure Centre.
