This is just not a rental property. They offer outstanding excursions. I went on the kayaking, snorkeling, hike, and lunch to Cades Reef. The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The kayaking through the mangrove canopy was unique. The snorkeling at Cades Reef was excellent with the largest schools of fish I have seen in the Caribbean. It was an... More

This site ticks the boxes if you are self catering and have a car. The view from the bungalows is great and there is small terrace to sit on. The grounds and pool are also good and very quiet and you can walk to the private beach via the boardwalks and a hilarious floating pontoon. The grounds are gated and... More

I wanted to start my Antigua holiday in a more remote area of the island. While you definitly feel isolated when walking on the beatiful grounds of the premises, it is only approximatly a 5 minutes car ride from Turner's beach and Darkwood beach and no more than 10 minutes to Jolly Harbour. Accomodation is basic, but clean. The staff... More

The appartments are good and maintained daily with clean towels and generally looked after. The setting is wonderful with views of the sea and the quirky walk to the idilic private beach. A must is the snorkel trip- a trip on canoes through the mangroves- a boat ride and then some of the best snorkelling in the Carribean, just superb.... More

What began as a mere idea more than a decade ago has blossomed into what Antigua and Barbuda can happilly boast of and market as an emblem of nature preservation married comfortably with its tourism product. This emblem sits on the southern coast of the Antigua and is locked between the mountain range of Boggy Peak (Mount Obama) in the... More

Spent two weeks at South Coast with a group of 5 family members. We had three adjacent cottages which were lovely. The grounds and the view of the water are spectacular, while having essentially a private pool cant be beat. The location on the south part of the island is quite peaceful yet there are still several good restaurants nearby... More

Hello again My fellow trip advisor friends, once again I return to South Coast Horizons, the accomodations were great. Ms Francis is the hardest working Hotel Manager I know. The owner is a great host, who takes the time to make sure his guest are taken care of and feel welcome. This is my second home. I was there for... More

I have been to Antigua many times but I recently return to Antigua to attend a funeral. I needed a place where I knew that I would be able to rest after the daily running around in town. Living in New York with the hustle and bustle of everyday life staying at South Coast Horizon enable me to create a... More

Having been to Antigua many times, I , like the previous reviewer, wanted to get away from the 'touristy antigua' even though I love the whole island. South Coast horizons is a wonderful, away from it all destination, however, with the bus stop right outside for E.C.3.75 you can be in the centre of town in around 20minutes, alternatively, car... I am a travel agent that did not want to stay in the typical tourist all inclusive hotels. I wanted to be around the local culture of Antigua. Staying at South Coast Horizons was just the place. This is not a typical hotel they have studio apartments or small villas. The accommodations are not luxury but they are clean, and... More
