The service was truly terrible the staff obviously do not want to serve women customers as they seemd slightly more polite to the men, we observed rudeness to older guests as well. Grounds and accommodations are immaculate. Standards are second to none. Cannot rave enough about the staff who go above and beyond - they are so caring and friendly. Been twice and think that every resort should be modeled after Verandah! more
