My husband and I stayed at Cassia for 10 nights earlier this year. Our room was the large sea view room which placed us only 1 minute from the pools and 2 minutes to the restaurant and beach. We found the management and staff were extremely friendly and only too happy to help in anyway possible. We had some meals... More

I stayed 4 nights in this hotel. Room is tiny. Not like nice beach resort. Power of refrigerator is near small bed. This is very easy come off. So almost not working. next door is connected room design. But sealing is not good baby was cried in mid night. That was too noisy to make good sleep for us. One... More

We stayed at Cassia Cottage for 4 nights and found it to be one of the most amazing places that we have ever visited. The setting is perfect, quaint little chalet style accommodation's nestled around the gardens each with their own porch and hammock, lovely flowers everywhere and two great swimming pools perched up on a hill which looks down... If you want the real Phu Quoc island feel with staff who truly cares, stay at Cassia Cottage. Cassia is one of the original resorts on Phu Quoc, it is not one of the new mega-resorts. Personally I find the mega-resorts boring. My fiancé and I were married on the beach in front of Cassia Cottage. The manager and staff... More

Three years ago we stumbled across this GEM in our first visit to Phu Quoc. My fiancé and I decided to return for a week and to get married on the beach. We really had no plan but knew this staff and management could pull it off. Maritz and her staff gave me the wedding of my dreams and I... More

We stayed here for 1 night, in between nights at the Paris beach hotel (recommend both) as Expedia had made a mix up with our booking. Cassia was more up market, the restaurant was perfect and the decor was spot on. The central family room we had was also prefect and we really could not fault this place. Space for... More

Staff is friendly and good service. But we had several big disappointed. Room is designed for connected. Door is too thin. Baby of next room was cried in midnight. We could not slept well. But one day, we request to arrange to go to amusement park. But pick up bus never come and offer to use taxi to pay by... More

We booked Cassia Cottage only a few days before arriving on Phu Quoc and got a good deal at the end of the season. After reading reviews we booked one of the new rooms rather than one of the older bungalows. The new rooms are wonderfully decorated and due to the high ceilings they feel huge. We loved the stone... After 5 days in Hoi An where it poured down rain, arriving at a beautiful beach was a perfect change for us and we were absolutely delighted from the second we arrived. Staff we're incredibly attentive, the service was wonderful. The food was great including breakfast, my husband and I love to stick to the local diet when travelling and... More

After two previous stops in Singapore and Saigon, with lots of attendant walking, this was a great place to do very little for a few days. The greatest asset to Cassia Cottage is the staff who could not be more delightfully friendly, but do not become too intrusive. Travelling alone I think that they felt I needed to be made... More

YAY. Thank you for understanding what we do. Actually our staff try to be nice to everyone- it is more fun for us all. But since lots of our guests are "Silver" and romantic couples, we'd have to get between them to interact. so of course, the solo traveler gets a little more attention. And thank you for disagreeing with... More
