Wanted to try this place for breakfast but turned out to be closed. The Spice House opens at 12nn. That should be on their signboards. We walked all the way across Long Beach to dine here. It's a good thing they still offered us to sit inside and have drinks. We were particularly happy with Rustaslav, the new half-Ukranian, half-Vietnamese... More

After 5 days in Hoi An where it poured down rain, arriving at a beautiful beach was a perfect change for us and we were absolutely delighted from the second we arrived. Staff we're incredibly attentive, the service was wonderful. The food was great including breakfast, my husband and I love to stick to the local diet when travelling and... More

After two previous stops in Singapore and Saigon, with lots of attendant walking, this was a great place to do very little for a few days. The greatest asset to Cassia Cottage is the staff who could not be more delightfully friendly, but do not become too intrusive. Travelling alone I think that they felt I needed to be made... More

YAY. Thank you for understanding what we do. Actually our staff try to be nice to everyone- it is more fun for us all. But since lots of our guests are "Silver" and romantic couples, we'd have to get between them to interact. so of course, the solo traveler gets a little more attention. And thank you for disagreeing with... More

The staff here are great - they couldn't do enough for you and if you can find smiles bigger than those from the restaurant staff anywhere else I'll eat my hat. The resort is small and intimate and feels calm and peaceful. The only fly in the ointment is the building work next door. Noisy at times and also lots... More

Arrived following a 12 day tour of Vietnam. Arrived by ferry which was hot and sticky, offered cool flannels immediately, together with a cool drink. Shown straight to our bungalow, ours bh02, a two bedroom bungalow. We had comfortable Loungers on our terrace which was only a step away from the adult only pool, the pool was warm and very... More

We have stayed the last 4 nights at this perfectly sized and beautifully hotel. And we're not disappointed. The staff are superb. They remember names. What you like to drink and make you feel at home. As for the hotel rooms. We took a garden room which is nicely secluded, clean and well presented. No TV but it really was... More

We were not disappointed on arrival at this fantastic hideaway on Phu Qouc. 5 women away for some R&R and this was definitely the right b place to go. originally booked 3 deluxe rooms which were lovely but we felt a bit removed from each other so they offered us the beach house plus a sea view room fir a... Very nice hotel. Pleasant beach, pools not enormous but being enough for the number of people there. Great to have one without children! Our room was lovely. Deluxe garden room. Very quiet and beautifully decorated. All very new and shiny. Excellent wifi. We ate once in the restaurant which was fine, although the waitresses verge on the edge of being... More

We stayed for one week in a luxury garden room (room 102) which was amazing! The room was modern and up to date but still kept with the theme, not sure all rooms are this modern as from pictures, some look a little dated. I love that the rooms smell of cinnamon! What a great, unique idea, especially for a... More

When we checked in, I was slightly (for about 10 seconds) disappointed that we were not in one of the bungalows, rather in one of the new rooms in the shiny new building. However, our room was massive, clean, light, airy with a super sea view and a lovely balcony with beautiful furniture. The architecture and design of this new... More
