Thanh Kieu is located in a nice part of Long Beach, the beach being wide and clean. We were there for 5 nights just before Christmas and at this time of the year, the sea at Long Beach is very calm. The resort is very nicely designed with a beautiful garden and its beach has plenty of coconut trees for... More

We stayed at this resort between Xmas & New Year. The resort is in an idyllic position fronting the beach in a well tended garden setting. The bungalows are well maintained but do not have Air Con or TV. Not so bad during their winter months but it would be a very difficult stay during other hot parts of the... More

We stayed here over the Christmas and New Year period and we thoroughly enjoyed it. It is one of those places that is very simple and uncomplicated and does it well. If you want a high class western style hotel this is not the place for you - this is a complete treasure. As with the previous reviewer, we found... More

Contrary to some other reviews about the staff, we found the staff (especially the ones at reception) both friendly, helpful and accomodating, the staff at the Beach Bar are a little reserved and may have looked slightly unhappy, but the service was always good and the food was good, (It was actually an observation our group made that most of the... Stayed here for four nights on our honeymoon, and it was just about perfect! Lovely bungalows right on the baack of the beach, very clean. Beach is beautifull with great sunbeds and parosols. Restaurant did cracking food, the breakfast was ace too. Would definitely go back.

We stayed in bungalow 25 which is a garden view bungalow, it was one of 10 to be fitted with a new aircon, but they charge an extra $10 per night to use it. Making the bungalow price $67 per night. For basic rooms we thought this was very expensive compared to what is on offer in the rest of... More

Upon arrival the reception paid for our a taxi, a nice surprise as I didn't realise it was included. The room was clean and the mosquito net was very effective, unlike others we have experienced. The beach was absolutely beautiful with comfy sunbeds, big shady palm trees and the most beautiful sea ever! There are lots of bars and restaurants... More

Awesome "private" beach! Extremly beautiful quiet place! Definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants to enjoy their stay to the fullest! They serve delicious and varied meals and deliver quality service! The place is neat and clean, absolutely opposed to the normal hotels and resorts! Furthermore you have access to all this at very reasonable price!

Abominable service. The grounds are so incredibly gorgeous, it's so sad that I cannot recommend it. After spending three weeks in Vietnam, this was our last spot. We had impeccably warm and helpful experiences all throughout the 8'other spots we hit over the weeks, so it was a little unexpected as well. We only had two days on the island,... More

I stayed here with a friend in January and it was fantastic! We were only meant to stay for a few days but Richard was very helpful and we extended for just over a week in total. During this time we stayed in two of the garden bungalows and found them both clean and comfortable. Although it was very hot,... More
