We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the room are basic but huge, with a large bathroom and with solar panel heating for hot water. The staff were super friendly and accommodating, the service is great. I agree with previous comments; the place was missing the extra touches. More comfortable seating, and the food just needs a little something. Considering the... More

The setting for this resort is really pretty. The garden is the best part and there are lots of lovely plants which create a great view from the rooms. The rooms themselves are pretty uncomfortable with basic amenities. The mattress is HARD and the pillows extra firm and high! The bathroom is outdoor style but basic also and you can... More

Great beach shared with nicer and pricier Mango bay resort, which spa facilities and restaurant are a walk away. Moved to coco Palm after a short stay at Mango Bay resort which was full during Tet. Room was not exciting, functional and large. Breakfast was not exciting either. Staff was accommodating.

We stayed in the Coco Palm over Tet (Chinese New Year). The beach is lovely and is very quiet. Rooms are very basic - no TV, one towel per person - but are huge. Unnecessarily so, I think. Bathrooms have an open area near the ceiling, which is nice but means mosquitos! No safe in the room, which was a... More

We`ve been here for 3 nights on February 2015 and I must say even though the rooms are not in the best condition (small touches would make a huge difference) the staff (greetings to Kai and Nhoc) will definitely make your stay a memorable one.Very friendly and super super nice!Location is also great...quiet,next to the beach and surrounded only by... Due to the fact that all other places on the island were more or less gone we had to book this place which was a bit over our budget. But the place was definitely worth the money. Very nice, clean and spacious rooms. One of the best beaches on the whole island belongs to this place. The area is very... More

My wife and I stayed two nights, and we liked it here. If you enjoy life on the beach, this is a good alternative. The beach is quite big, and very quiet and clean. You can also enjoy a beautiful sunset here. The staff were attentive and friendly.

We spent one week at cocopalm. We liked it, although it was not perfect. It's a nice and quiet resort with lovely garden and beach. The rooms are nice with an openair bathroom (but there are a lot of mosquito! Bring enough repellent! We also bought some mosquito coil, otherwise we where not able to use the bathroom.) The stuff... First of all I have to emphasis the extremely friendly staff. They were very attentive and always in a good mood. Stayed at the resort for 10 days and felt like being home. The beach is definetely the nicest in Phu Quoc. The rooms were clean and brand new. Best choice we made so far!
