We liked the see-view bungalow. Nice environment. Friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast okay, there was choice, fresh baked eggs, pho, noodles etc., but no jam and the bread was not very tasty. Fresh fruit. Restaurant was not visited for lunch and dinner during our stay. Other, more attractive places to eat were very near. We liked the atmosphere. Bungalows could... More

Got off to a bad start when on check in we were told that they did not have our booking but after realising that it was their problem (receptionist did not register the booking despite it being confirmed by travel agent) well recovered by staff who offered 1 night in standard room and remaining 3 nights upgraded to beach view... I spent time here with my family. The service here is great, I had asked them to surprise my brother and his wife. They arranged the gift in the room. The manager at the time is very warm hospitality. The restaurant for breakfast (buffet) is great if you stay there 1 nite.

We didn't stay at this hotel but there is no way to review the restaurant separately on this site. We made the mistake of wandering down the beach from our hotel and deciding to stop here for lunch. We were able to sit right away as the restaurant was fairly empty but that's the only redeeming feature I can think... More

We stayed in beach front bungalow for five days. Room was nice and clean, only problem was the air-conditioning, which wasn't powerful enough to cool the room. Cannot recommend the restaurant thou. Chicken wings had 90% bone in them with just few pieces of meat here and there. They were also always short of something we tried to order, no... More

We stayed 5 nights in the beach front bungalow and were really happy with the location and the room. The view and 10 steps to the beach was amazing. The breakfast is terrible and we ended up eating at La Veranda which is left up the beach 5 minutes or at Elana's Cafe. This we found annoying by the end... More

We stayed in Arcadia 3days and totally happy. We have a deluxe room. Room is basic and provides all you need. Bed is OK, comfort and big enough for 2 persons. Bathroom is big but water is not strong but still OK. Beach is just few steps away. Resort provide a free beach towels if you don't have your own.... More

We stayed in a beach front bungalow and were very pleased with it as it had a great view. The bathroom was clean and very modern. The pillows smelt a bit sweaty/musty, as did the towels. However we got some laundry done nearby and it came back smelling sweaty too so not sure if it's the water. We were concerned... More

Next door to where we are staying at Mai House we thought we would give it a try. The staff were super friendly, the food was ok without being great (definitely not better than Mai House). Nothing to complain about but also nothing to write home about.

I personally not really like this resort. I mean the beach is beautiful and the resort is nice but the service wasn't that good. Restaurant is terrible, I could not believe how little the plates of foods were, and four tiny tiny little bowls of rice was over $6, what in the world!!! I meant common!!! Even the 5 star... More
