we stayed at A74 the 1st week in Jan and it was really quite busy. Not many staff for size of hotel but all of them friendly and courteous at all times. Our room looked out the back over another hotel but you could still see the sea. Pretty basic but clean + serviced every day. Good choices for breakfast... More

Good location right next to the beach. The room was nice with a very comfortable bed. The breakfast had a good selection and was very tasty. Best of all was the customer service, the staff were so nice and helpful it made the stay even better.

WE stayed there 8 nights therefore needed to feel comfortable. We paid $31 a night. Changed the room twice because of the horrible moldy bathrooms where there was no space for shower. The shower handle is located next to the toilet seat. Due to the receptionist's kindness we got offered family room with 3 beds and large bathroom. It is... More

I dont get why some ppl rate this hotel so bad... For 8 dollars a night you will get a excellent bed that will be freshly done every day even if you stay more than 1 night. You will have a receptionist that speaks a good english, is super friendly and helpfull with whatever you come to him and on... More

Me and my family stayed two nights there. The facilities were old but manageable. There were problems with no lighting in the bathroom and clogging in the shower drains but it was quickly fixed. We stayed in the family room but the doubles looked more modern. Bao service was 5 stars though. Almost anything I asked he did with patience... More

This is a budget hotel so there are no frills. However the breakfast is good with a relatively wide choice. The bedrooms are basic but perfectly clean with air con and cable TV. The manager Bao is amazingly efficient, speaks super English and is always on hand to help.

This was such an awesome stay! I stayed here 2 nights and loved it. The man on reception is so friendly and will help you with anything. He sorted us for some bikes for the day. Breakfast was nice an we were lucky enough to get a room with a sea view. Considering what we aid for the hotel, it... More

I felt sad leaving A74 after 3 nights. Bao really is the ultimate host. He makes you feel sincerely special and goes out of his way to ensure that you have a good time. He is incredibly busy but always so patient in his dealings with you. Especially, the important stuff like watching you practice driving a motorbike for the... More

Just like many other reviewers have mentioned, the rooms are fairly basic and need some updating for sure, especially considering the rooms are priced on the higher side. We even had to shift our room once because the first one was stinking (the staff were very accommodating about shifting rooms though). Plus the wifi wasn't at all working properly in... More

I stayed here for 3 nights at the end of November. Although their prices are rather steep compared to other hotels and (of course) the rest of Vietnam (it being a honeymoon island an' all) I really enjoyed my stay here. I stayed at the Moonrestort at first: mosquitos en rats in my bungalow, stayed at a different hotel: construction... More
