When we first arrived at the hotel for our two night stay as part of a break from travelling, we were greeted on a not so welcoming manner to the hotel. It was as if we were judged for being backpackers (although our stay was actually one of the more expensive rooms as it was a surprise present). The room... More

Bizarrely, we booked this hotel through the Concierge at the Pullman Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City as we were difficulty finding a suitable hotel on the island due to the national holidays and arrived without even checking the hotel’s website, so we hadn’t a clue what to expect. The initial thought was that it was built backwards as the... More

We got married there at the beginning of April this year and we're blown away. I would definitely recommend other people to have there weddings there. We just left everything up to them. We were a little nervous about everything working out before we got to Vietnam as we only got to the island on the 3rd and the wedding... More

The architecture which deliver a feel for the ancient culture. Fabulous for those seeking intimate time with a love one or with friends. Rooms are divided in little compound of 4 rooms set up over 2 level, giving us a home away from home. Lovely view of the beach from the pool. Staff have been very accomodating to 'all' my... More

Stayed at the hotel for 6 nights during new years and it was extremely deceiving. Most of the hotel is under construction and at the front of the pool! so the hotel looks like it was bombed! Very poor service, th staff doen't undertsand much and they tried add 500 dollars to my overall bill without an excuse. The food... More

This hotel feels more culturally authentic as it's design is not modern. The rooms are divided into a number of buildings they call the ancient village. Each 3 story building has several rooms surrounding a lovely wooden staircase and small pond with fish. You enter the building through a wooden gate that opens onto the courtyard. You really feel like... More

I am not sure if this is the same but it looks and sounds like it. The hotel is lovely but it is aquiet, peaceful location and relaxing as a result. The rooms are lovely (had a deluxe bungalow), lovely views, a minor issue was the room had an adjoining door so when joisy neighbours came along you could hear... More

Stayed in last June for 3 days trip to Phu Quoc....Closest to the airport and farthest to the busy district of Phu Quoc. Beautiful with "ancient architect" and peaceful environment. Room is comfortable and lovely view. You will enjoy this environment if you are couple... Beach is a walking distance from your room.... Still need improvement in staffings and structures... More

Stayed here a week in June , unique architecture, lovely style but something lacking with the resort. Oddly unfinished near beach area, staff seems to consist of hotel school trainees from Philippines, all of them great, but hard to find any managers. Room comfortable , but not a hotel to spend much time in. Used it as a base for... More
