I stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The beach is stunning, with plenty of loungers and umbrellas. The pool is also beautiful, overlooking the beach, and again plenty of space for everyone. Both were spotlessly clean. The gardens are also well tended and very lush and green. The staff were without exception polite, friendly and helpful.... More

great beach, nice pool , on 4th floor and elevator out of service, staff not trained to 4 star standards, breakfast buffet pretty good, nice show with philippine singers, cleaning bad...same trash on stairs 3 days in a row, room big and pretty good bed. service and staff are the big issues to move this up to real 4 star.... Eden resort Phu Quoc, Paradise Awaits. I have been here with my wife for 5 days, and the resort is superb and pretty small (which I like, limited amount of guests, so all attention for you). It is very nice, we had a beach villa and it was so good. Beautiful villa, nice floors, art, bed and porch. We stayed... More

I stayed in this hotel with my friend for 5 nights. I agree with some of the travellers' review that the hotel has a lot to do in terms of service, but please don't forget that this is Vietnam, with limited English-speaking staff, they are really doing their best. We had some misunderstandings, but the staff all went out of... More

the hotel needs a little spruce! its a bit outdated, however the room and all areas were clean! the hotel staff especially the restaurant and spa staff were so friendly, helpful and attentive! the food was rather pricey for the portions however the buffets with special offers are beyond worth it! they organize offers that include snorkeling boat rides wine... After a slight misunderstanding between the hotel and Hotels.com (Expedia) we got a massive upgrade for free. Staff was friendly and the room standard was great. Restaurant menu was outstanding and the quality of the meals was great. Recomended for sure.

To start, I want to convey my deepest disappointment in the hotel. It has such potential, but ultimately it is clear that management is doing a terrible job in terms of staff training and quality control. I used to work in the service industry for 5 years and part of that time was spent working in a 4 star hotel... More

This hotel has a great west facing beach with plenty of sun loungers, towels and parasols (lovely sunsets) and also an excellent pool. It could be fantastic were it not for the following issues..... The room felt bare (no pictures on the walls), there were places where the paint had peeled off the walls. In the bathroom there was a... More

We stayed at another hotel which was totally unsatisfactory, so we travelled down the road to the Eden. We booked a room, however, because there was a conference in town at the time, we were upgraded to a bungalow on the beach, and it was amazing - sunsets, right on the beach, close enough to the pool - it was... We stayed here in a Superior Garden view room for the first three nights in Phu Quoc. Pros: We are impressed by the breakfast which offers fairly vast choices and a big swimming pool. The resort was also sweet enough to decorate my bed with Happy Birthday made of leaves and flowers. Cons: The standard room we picked is rather... More
