Spent 5 nights at this resort. The staff were friendly however that's the only good thing the hotel had. The staff hardly spoke English which made it difficult to order room service, book tours, get staff to attend to our needs etc. The shower is ridiculous, no water pressure and no hot water and the staff couldn't understand what we... My wife and I stayed at Eden Resort in late April this year for four days (covering April 26th weekend) and it was a beautiful experience. No other words can describe it! The waters in Phu Quoc are crystal clear and the beaches are gold sand. Best of all, there were few tourists staying at the hotel; and we had... More

Lovely room, nice bar, good breakfast selection, fab beach and lovely staff. Food was expensive and average in the restaurant. Wine expensive (welcome to vietnam!). We didn't get to sit by the pool, as the inadequate number of loungers were always taken by very early risers! Had to resort to the amazing beach. Tough gig!

We arrived by the fast ferry, which was an experience and a half as we broke down or stopped twice and were left bobbing around the ocean not knowing what was happening. Anyway, we are on our way and arrived at Phu Quoc wharf, expecting to be picked up by Eden Resort having emailed this request previously, No Not happening!!!... More

We stayed here at the tail-end of a month-long trip through Vietnam because we wanted to splurge and we wanted some relaxing time on the beach. Overall, the experience was fairly good, but there were a few glitches and things that were not advertised accurately. PROS * The setting is stunning. Close to the airport and right on the beach,... The recipe of failure...get your hands on a nice property with a good location and provide staff with bazaar mentality. We ended up in this hotel after missing our flight and having to stay in Phu Quoc another night. We chose it because it was what close to the airport and had really good last minute deals. And it looked... More

Out of the four hotels we stayed in during our trip to Vietnam this was the most expensive and unfortunately the most disappointing. We'd read the reviews before we travelled so were slightly wary, but we struggled to find a nice biggish resort hotel on Phu Quoc without paying and absolute fortune, which is why we settled for here. Firstly,... More

First off we arrived and our room wasn't ready, we were taken to dirty room with someone else s clothes in it. We asked if we could move, they said they had a bungalow available but there would be extra fee.. after some talking the manager agreed to let us upgrade for free (That was nice) the bungalow was nice,... Just relaxing. Wonderful friendly staff. Nothing was a problem. Free cocktails with dinner a real bonus and heaps of lovely food. Rooms were perfect. The night fish markets are a must visit and the best fish i've eaten anywhere. Clean resort with a free cruise.

Just 10 minutes from the international airport, we were on the beach in no time. There is a free hotel shuttle to and from the airport as well as to the local pearl farm. Driver waited while we shopped. With just about everything we needed at the resort, we did not need to leave at all. The rooms have free... More
