A truly fantastic hotel with incredibly attentive, abundantly friendly staff; we visited the resort twice, once in September 2014 and again in January 2015, and the receptionist not only recognised me by name (and remembered I was a teacher in HCMC!) but offered to upgrade us to a deluxe suite free of charge, simply because we were repeat customers! This hotel is top notch and set among beautiful gardens, right on the beach. When we arrived and wandered down towards the restuarant beside the beach the first night, it was like we arrived on a paradise island. We stayed in a bungalow which was beautiful and spacious. The staff were really friendly and made a special effort for my... More

Our family spent 5 nights at Eden Resort after a Tour in Vietnam and Cambodia. Positive: Beach: Really nice sand, wonderful water but not much to see when snorkeling Staff: just great, they try to make your stay as comfortable as possible and have always a smile on their faces Pool: the pool is located right at the beach next... We stayed for five nights and were upgraded from an executive sea view to a beach bungalow on arrival. This was another Priceline Express find and was the most expensive hotel we have booked on our two month tour. We wanted a luxury beach front hotel and were not disappointed. We were surprised that they offered a free one hour... More

If Eden is reading... Reception: Staff very helpful and friendly. Smiling and greeting everyday. Thanks so much to Hiya. Philippine receptionist. Very professional and lovely. We could give her 5 star!!! Rooms: The Free upgrade was very thoughtful. We enjoy every sunset view of the ocean and massive bed. Location: the best beach of the area! Services: it's sad that... The resort is nice and was the first luxury resort of its kind in Phu Quoc. We stayed in a beach bungalow for 6 nights. On the first night, I developed the flu as the air conditioner was left on over night. When inspecting it, it looked like it was never cleaned. Ruined the rest of my trip to Phu... More

This is an awesome resort with a perfect location. My wife and I were traveling on our honeymoon and booked into a different resort the day we arrived, which was shocking.... we then rented a scooter and looked at several resorts and hotels before coming across Eden Resort. Once we got here we stopped looking. The service is awesome and... More

This hotel is close to the airport which would have put me off choosing this hotel if I had known. Thankfully I was unaware and was pleased to say the few incoming flights do not detract from the beautiful beach setting. Sunbeds and shades already on the beach and towels supplied. A great swimming pool approx 25mtrs if you don't... More

We took 3 days out from a trip around Vietnam to chill on the beach for a while. The hotel is ideal for just that. We booked an exec seaview room and, having read other people reviews, tried to change to a bungalow and couldn't. We couldn't be more pleasantly surprised. The room was very bed, the bed was massive... More

Definitely be coming back again. Friendly warm service resort. Most staffs generally simple conversation English but several good ones at the Reception to seek advise and direction. Birthday greeting and a surprise cake given by resort on my birthday. Appreciate their efforts. Free fishing/snorkeling cruise for resort guests from 830am to 4pm, hence advisable to request schedule and availability upon... More
