for the price it is OK. Front desk staff are polite. Room attendants are helpful. Foods - not the best!. Comfortable bed. A/C is good. Nice outdoor shower, surrounded by tall walls. Swimming pool is a nice place to relax. There was a band playing there from Phillipines....we danced on the beach.

Everything is old and we had even cockroach in the bungalow. The personal is helpful and gave us another room.. Unfortunately in the old building. There is a new building and maybe the rooms are better but it was fully booked. The sanitary installation are old.

Fantastic hotel, on a gorgeous stretch of beach, on this quiet and not yet over developed Island. I stayed for 5 nights over Christmas, and had such a wonderful time. The food and drinks were excellent, with very helpful and friendly staff. A great place to relax, and escape the hustle and bustle of the mainland (I was, previously, in... More

My friends and I booked this resort through Agoda - pictures are deceiving beware! Naturally, we were disappointed when we got to the hotel. We made a complaint, but the front desk weren't helpful. We even wanted to pay for a more expensive room/bungalow, and weren't allowed to. For no valid reason. Housekeeping is very noisy and loud in the... More

We've just spent 3 nights staying in this resort. My point of view would be different to many people here since I speak Vietnamese. Although having read several bad reviews about the resort's staff attitude, we finally decided to book 2 deluxe rooms here since there were no better options at the time. We ended up being upgraded to bungalows... More

4- * resort. Location is a bit farther then others from the centre and the night market. Small pool next to the restaurant, with kids' pool and a whirlpool. Beautiful beach. The restaurant is OK, quick service, acceptable pricing considering you're staying in a resort, good outdoors sittings (beware of relentless mosquitoes in the evening). Buffet deals every nights with... More

Spent 5 nights at this resort. The staff were friendly however that's the only good thing the hotel had. The staff hardly spoke English which made it difficult to order room service, book tours, get staff to attend to our needs etc. The shower is ridiculous, no water pressure and no hot water and the staff couldn't understand what we... My wife and I stayed at Eden Resort in late April this year for four days (covering April 26th weekend) and it was a beautiful experience. No other words can describe it! The waters in Phu Quoc are crystal clear and the beaches are gold sand. Best of all, there were few tourists staying at the hotel; and we had... More

We arrived by the fast ferry, which was an experience and a half as we broke down or stopped twice and were left bobbing around the ocean not knowing what was happening. Anyway, we are on our way and arrived at Phu Quoc wharf, expecting to be picked up by Eden Resort having emailed this request previously, No Not happening!!!... More
