Apologies for the late review. The location of the hotel was absolutely amazing. So beautiful and tranquil. The hotel itself was in lovely gardens, with a grassed restaurant area leading onto the beach. Very romantic at night. The biggest disappointment was the rooms. Mould on the walls where the aircon had leaked. the rooms could do with being re-furbished. If... More

We booked Eden resort for 5 nights and were very disappointed. Our room was fine and the staff were lovely, particularly Lloyd. However, the reason we booked this resort over others was for the facilities. Unfortunately we were faced with the following: 1. Wifi not functioning 2. Much of the hotel under construction refurbishment during our stay 3. Pool bar... More

The staff at this hotel are great and very attentive. They serve a good breakfast with Asian and western food. It is not in the middle of the town centre but only a short taxi ride away (80K). The down sides to this hotel are the building works that are taking place in the hotel grounds - they are building... More

If you go in July be aware the weather down this far south in Vietnam is often very stormy in the afternoon. North Vietnamese are on summer holidays for the whole of July and love beach resorts. No welcome drinks, only air con in rooms, smelly drain running through resort, water from creek runs into ocean just down from resort makes... More

The view from the pool across to the beach is stunning but the pool is in need of extensive repair with an abundance of tiles missing ; it is very poor. When we visited in May there was stagnant water in the pond , many of the areas were not open and the pond features were not working. The spa... More

I stayed here with a group of friends. The service was quite good and the staffs were so friendly They always smile to us whenever they see us. The room was clean and tidy, the view to the beach was so romantic. I spend my evening time sitting on the lounge chair and watching the beach. It was a great... More

We reserved 17 rooms and came to resort around 1 to 2 pm then had to wait for hours to receive rooms.Receptionist here was not friendly and lack of experience in handling group check-in. No special welcome drinks, only small bottled water for us. No cold towels, no welcome fruit. Everything was cut down even we had to pay 100... More

I stayed in March, for a short trip. Hotel is well located, room were big, restaurant / food needs improvements, pool is ok, entertainment is good. My favorite, the sunset drink in the beach bar! They need to get more staff that can speak english.

I spend 3 nights at Eden Resort hotel this May, 2014. All good (location, beach, restaurant, beach front bar, services) & friendly staffs. My kids really liked night story delivered to room before bed time.
