Terme di Saturnia is a must while in Toscana. We are trying to go at least twice a year in the last 5 years. We kind of found our paradise... It's not only the hotel and the spa, but all the people working there, so kind, genuinely, all the great places outside the resort... Practically you have a piece of... More

What to say? The place is fabulous. The baths, the swimming pools, everything is beautiful. We spent two nights in a deluxe room. Nice, not great. The treatments (massages, etc.) are very expensive, like everything else. Of course the target here is very high. Nothing wrong with that, just be advised.

I travelled to Terme i Saturnia this year in April with couples of friends. So to make the story short, what i liked: - the natural pool with plankton, we spent their the half of the day - procedures (have to book on the first day of your stay, because people are coming their for real treatments) - easy access... Went here to play a round of golf, should be simple. Clubhouse was closed and gentleman directed me to the hotel front desk to pay for round and rental clubs, 2 miles away, did not offer us a ride. Walked there and paid for round and clubs, and was then informed half of course was closed. The lady at the... More

We changed our plans at the last minute and spent a night here -- and are very happy we did. The large hotel was largely empty (maybe 40-50 guests), but it was charming. The thermal pool, which is in the central back court of the hotel, was warm and enjoyable. The sulphurous waters supposedly have therapeutic and curative powers (some... More

I stayed with my family for six days at the resort. The room was spacious and well very pretty. The pools, waterfall, and jet spas were magical. We relaxed and had fabulous food at the one star Michelin Resturant. We enjoyed a cooking show with the chef. My daughter loved the freedom and space the resort offered her. The GM... More

I returned with my wife for a short break, 13th-16th July 2014. We love this hotel. I travel the world on business staying in numerous hotels, this is without doubt my favourite. It is a hotel to go to for peace, quiet, relaxation, and exercise. The thermal waters are realy VERY good, they flow out of the hills at 37°C... More

Book the Wellness package. Comes with towels, robe, slippers, locker. We relaxed for 5 hours, letting the springs do it's magic, There are water falls that massage, circulation pools with hot/cold water, jacuzzis and big polls. Very beautiful. We were driving to Rome so we had to shower at the Wellness center. They provide shampoos with the Wellness package. My... More

I have been going to Saturnia regularly once or twice a year for some 25years although I didn't the last few years and returned just now: I had really missed the water which is unique and as soon as I arrived I plunged in the pool till closing time (7:45pm)! Then I drove to one of the several good restaurants... More

We went to Terme di Saturnia because I had read about the thermal springs there. We had a very nice stay, and the hotel is top notch (for italy), but if you go just be prepared for the "smell". The smell of thermal springs is quite unpleasant and stays on your clothes, etc, long after you've left. But I digress.... More
