We enjoyed our stay with Maurizio very much. He made excellent recommendations for us to visit Montemerano instead of Saturnia for food. The public hotspring which was 5 mins away (by car) was surprisingly very real, the waterfall was extremely powerful. This is a great little agriturism place, close to the best hot water springs in Tuscany. There is a number of newer style rooms with a verandah that overlook a lovely, very well maintained property. We were really pleasantly surprised with what great value for money this hotel was. The rooms were very well appointed, spotlessly clean and spacious. This little hotel was oustanding!!! Rooms were spacious with comfortable beds, quiet surroundings, and spotless. Breakfast was excellent everything was fresh and home made. Maurizio was very helpful and provided us with information about the towns, great hospitality! I will not only highly recommend Maurizio's hotel but when we go back we know where we will be staying!!!

five star conditions, the rooms are really very beautiful, clean and big, great hospitality (Vali and Maurizio are very nice and warm people), beautiful landscape, many places to visit nearby (sea side and mountain also), we would like to come back and to stay even more

The modern furniture are designed and hand made, the floor is in travertine, an up to date cooling-heating system will give you a special confortThe six rooms have frigobar, TV LCD, cable TV, inter phone, safe, 2 wardrobes with a long mirror inside, free wireless internet, the private bathroom with a large shower are provided with towels, soap, shampoo, shower cup, hair dryer. The two suites (45 sq) have in addition a living room with a sofa and bathroom whit a king-size bathtub. Your room is tidied up everyday if left before 11 and every three days will provide fresh sheets and towels.No problem for your car we have a covered private free parking place.
