This Guest House is only a few steps from the Kilmartin Hotel & the Museum. It is convenient for the trails in to Kilmartin Glen and its archeological sites. The rooms are clean & comfortable with very good tea & coffee etc making facilities. The Breakfast is excellent and Isobel & her husband are very good hosts. We would not... More

My husband and I spent three nights at Rosebank and were quite taken with the generous accommodations we were given. The location is centrally located for exploring Kilmartin and is an easy drive up to Oban and the coast. The walking trails across the street lead to some of the most spectacular and numerous archaological sights in Scotland. The extras... More

Minutes walk from all the "must see" things in the area as well as a great pub. almost next door. The rooms are large and luxurious with the most amazing hospitality tray. Lots of thoughtful "extras" provided. Lovely and warm even on cold nights with plenty of hot water. Hosts are easy going and knowledgeable about the whole area. Breakfast... More

We have been visiting Kilmartin for many years and chanced upon Rosebank when our usual places couldn't accommodate us. We shan't be staying anywhere else from now on. The rooms are spacious and clean. The hospitality tray is more than generous and much better than some of the more expensive rooms around Kilmartin. Breakfast is of Scottish proportion (i.e. huge!)... More

Stayed here just for one night but could have stayed longer. Isobel made us feel really welcome. The room was very comfy and had a great hospitality tray with an assortment of teas, hot chocolate, coffee & biscuits. The breakfast was very tasty and really set us up for the day. The value for money was exceptional. Isobel also told us about... More

This B&B is great value for money, clean and tidy and real home from home feel. One of the best cooked breakfasts I've ever had on holiday. Isobel gives you a great choice for breakfast and one morning I had toast and scrambled eggs instead of the full scottish. It is great to have the choice and to be looked... More

I have stayed with Isobel and Tom many times as I visit family in the area. It has never been a disappointment and have recommended it to many friends. There are trays in your room with kettles, a large selection of teas, coffee and hot chocolate with some biscuits which is a welcome finish after a long drive. You will... More
