We went to Neptune palm just a week back. Staff n service was excellent. Most friendly staff. We use to get special ala carte vegetarian food. Quite ideal place for vegetarians. Chef Dharmpal was making good ala carte. We had a wonderful stay.

No one should go there! It's horrendous! Close down! Those that have booked, CANCEL for your own good! Poor service, food was awful, staff were all on casual basis and had no customer care skills! It was not kid friendly at all! The all inclusive drinks were watery! Waiters couldn't be bothered to take orders or clean up after!

I spent a week at this hotel with a friend in August. It was an amazing experience! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The beach was beautiful, I loved the fact that there VERY few beach boys, so you were not bothered while you walk. The entertainment / animation team kept us busy with the various day's activities. The... More

We have just returned from a week at the Neptune, staying as a family. It is the most beautifully designed and appointed hotel, with delicious and varied food, a good animation programme and three lovely swimming pools. Everyone was friendly and helpful, glad to see British tourists. After the security scares in Kenya, most British tourists have been scared off... More

Being at neptune was not just a holiday. It was an experience of a lifetime. The service was excellent, food was great and varied and the place is peaceful. The privacy from those walking on the beaches is also worth noting.

Stayed at this resort for three days in march and was very impressed! It is a big resort with many facilities and located close to the beach with a magnificent view. The rooms are spacious and the staff friendly. The hotel is situated a good stretch from the airport, however staying at Diani beach makes it worth the trip. Just... More
