My husband and I stayed here for 9 nights in October 2012 - We thought that the hotel overall was lovely. The rooms were clean, the only problem we had was with a few bugs getting under the door at night, but nothing that a towel couldn't fix - we were on the ground floor so I would imagine that... More

Drove to Diani from Mombasa with the family for the weekend.Diani is approx 50 km south of Mombasa Island. The road is tarmac throughtout Mombasa To the Hotel.Guest check in was swift with a welcome drink and warm reception.Porters were around to assist in carrying luggage. We checked in on an all inclusive arrangement.Food quality and variety was good considering the low... We were visiting Kenya for my son's wedding; on the beach at a nearby hotel. We picked this hotel as the majority of the reviews were good and above. We found that it more than lived up to its reputation. From the start staff were all friendly, helpful and always greeted us with a ' jambo jambo' (hello, hello). The rooms... More

It states in the holiday brochure that this is a 4 star hotel , we averaged this as just a 3 star. Staff very friendly and helpful, Food not too bad!!! Rooms were clean, but showers ran salty water and couldnt brush teeth with the tap water!!! No hairdryers in the room our travel agents Thomas cook Signature said that... More

No complaints about this hotel except that it was a tad far from the hotel, crossing the river was all a bit of a nightmare, the actual resort though is fantastic, the staff go out their way to make you happy and will always be trying to help you out. The rooms were lovely, the restaurants and bars were all... More

We finished our honeymoon in Kenya at this resort and it was really great!!!The staff, the food, the rooms, the swimming-pool, etc was better than expected...BUT...the only, but important bad thing I had to say is about reception service: be careful when paying the bill!!! We made the booking through their official web and they send us the official booking... More

First impression about the hotel was good, because it is well-located on the ocean beach and the architecture of bungalows on the territory is cute. The territory itself is quite big. We came there to a honeymoon trip and the hotel has decorated the door to our room with flowers. But then I have discovered a list of disadvantages that... More

Firstly, the hotel was clean and tidy, the staff were polite and helpful, the food in the restaurant was OK. This was a three day extension to our safari holiday, and obviously anything would be a downer after that. The grounds to the hotel were well maintained, but the local residents some breed of monkey were always at hand to... More

When we arrived we found the resort almost empty, the two adjoining resorts were closed and all guests moved into the one area. It is also some considerable distance from Mombasa. For any sort of entertainment, which was very limited, you had to go to the adjoining resort. We had asked for a ground floor sea view room and were... More

Had a very nice room. Good space. Went for all inclusive. The food was quite good for beeing all inclusive. The best part was their wi-fi probobly one of the best on Bambouri Beach. The staff was a little bit carefree at times. Overall a very good experience.
