Charmer of a hotel and GREAT staff also great location if one wanted to stay near thr beach of Mazzaro Bay and Isola Bella. Had I planned our stay again, I would have stayed in Taormina proper. It's such a charismatic little town with great restaurants, shopping and beautiful views, that we spent most of our 3 days there anyway.... More

The hotel has a good location near to the beach and funicular up to Taormina but has few amenities. The road running past the hotel is also v busy. We had a superior room at the top of the hotel with a decent balcony but no privacy from neighbouring rooms the bathroom was also v tight. For Taormina the hotel... More

We've just come back from a week in this hotel and although we had a good holiday overall I can't say the hotel contributed much to that. We stayed in a small room overlooking the sea, the view was superb but it was only single glazing, there was a gap in the window and the road outside was not quiet,... More

Overall, this is a very good value three star hotel. The location is excellent, the wifi works and the water pressure and temperature in the bathroom is excellent. On the down side, the rooms are a little small, so a balcony is a must. On the very down side, the breakfast is appalling. Such an easy thing to fix I... More

+ excellent location (beach 3-5min, funi to taormina 2min by foot) + seaside rooms have probably great view - parking more than 20€/day - double bed is 2 beds stuck together - no fruits for breakfast recomended!

We stayed in Taormina the last week of June. The location is very good, just around the corner from the cable and few minutes walk to the beaches (including Isola Bella). Our room on 3rd floor was small but with all the amenities, we had tv, balcony, AC, fast Wi-FI (a bonus in Sicily!!) and a powerful shower. Breakfast was... More

Amazing sea view and watching the sunrise was magical, hence the rating. We stayed in room 13 for 3 nights and although it didn't have the balcony the windows were huge and the room itself large with high ceilings . And the air con worked. The main disappointment was the shower which you will struggle to fit into if you... More

We were staying in Sicily at San Vito lo Capo and decided to visit the west coast of Sicily for a few days, we stayed at Jonic hotel for one night. The parking was private and was a distance away when carrying luggage, priced at 10 euros per night. The hotel itself was on a busy road, although the staff were... More

This hotel has the perfect location, right next to the cable car and Mazzaro Beach. Only 2 mins walk to the lovely Isola Bella. Room with a balcony is a must! balcony is very spacious and the views are great! Breakfast is pretty basic and yes, it's missing fresh fruit but overall it's a great value for money. the hotel... This. Is a good, clean basic hotel in a very expensive part of Italy, Easy to get to Taormina via the cable car whilst still being close to the excellent beach resort. The hotel owners were very friendly and we were made welcome. The best part was the large private terrace with wonderful views across the coastline . The only... More
