Ignore any of the negative comments. This is an excellent, clean resort that meets the highest standards you'd find anywhere in the world. The only slight negative is the location. It's in a quiet, secluded spot, which is great, but it can be a little inconvenient if you want to go elsewhere on the island and dislike haggling with taxi... More

Stayed here for 10 nights and have to say that Koh Samui is a lovely place. The hotel was clean and the rooms were spacious with all amentities you require including TV, DVD and Hairdryer. I thought that the staff were lovely and helpful. The Foyer is beautiful but parts of the hotel are jaded and in need of a... More

My wife and I,along with our 21/2 year old daughter stayed her for 4 nights in july. the greeting on arrival was something really warm and special. The hotel upgraded us to a private pool room which was huge ,the gardens are lovely.and for somewhere quiet after a hard years work mae nam couldn't be better. The hotel is 4... More

We had the villanwith plunge Pool. Overall great Hotel, only advantage/concern at Same Time that it is a Little far from everything. Most surprinsingly though, was that the Level of English (nor French for that matter) of the Reception Staff was Not sufficient to conevey what we wanted...

It may look like a big chain hotel when you arrive but make sure you participate in the daily evening events/activities. What fun they are and you also meet a lot of interesting people. The movie night on the beach is great and well worth it if you haven't seen the movie. The inhouse Thai cooking class is easy and... More

Stayed here for our honeymoon and was really pleased with the hotel overall. Staff were generally excellent and helpful. The only slight gripe was that everything seems to shut up shop quite early and the restaurant is over priced. Consequently it was vertually empty every evening with little or no atmosphere. Just seems like a very obvious mistake (I.e lowering... More

My husband and I stayed at the resort for 10 days. We had a pool access room. Rooms are large and well appointed. Did not use the room pool too often as the main pool was to die for. The resort is a fair way from Chaweng but we did not mind, as there was nothing there that we particularly... More

One of the most beautiful hotel on Samui. The resort is in Maenam a very nice and so loud area on Samui. Check in procedure was very easy and quick and the rooms are very big and clean. Water is for complementary, staff is friendly and the pool is on of the biggest highlight of the resort. You´ll always feel... More

We booked 5 nights here and loved every minute of it. The hotel has an open air boutique reception with friendly staff and free internet available. We were in a villa with our own pool which was absolutely incredible. It was clean and spacious with jacuzzi for two, lounge, small swimming pool in the back yard, and flat screen TV... More
