This place is really a little gem in paradise.
Now for an opinion from a english guy.....
It is realtivley cheap and is in Mae Nam and is very close to the pier/ ferry .. about 10 mins in a cab costing around 150 baht or 5€, who can complain at that and the Hotel will provide a taxi for...

We stayed one night at the Baan Fah since we arrived late to Koh Samui and were traveling to Koh Phangan the morning after. For this reason we wanted a hotel as close to the pier as possible and BF sounded perfect with the stated 100m.
Unfortunately there we two faults:
1. It is not even close to the pier...

We stayed in the Honeymoon suite at the Baan Fah resort for 11 nights. The room was stunning, clean and exactly as described on their website. The private balcony had sun loungers, table and chairs, overlooking the beautiful 2 km white sand Maenam beach which is one of the quietest and laid back beach on the island. The beach area...
