Many time I was on Koh Samui without room booking. I always check here first for the room availability . As a budget hotel I think this hotel doing well on their level. Upper class with plain cement wall and good materials of room accessories. Good for resting of the night and ready to go out next morning. Breakfast is... More

I only spent one night at the Amarin Samui (en route from Bangkok to Koh Tao) but was quite surprised by the service and the friendly staff. I was given a welcome drink on arrival during which time the lovely woman at the front desk arranged for my ferry and shuttle for the next morning. Because I was leaving before... More

Really liked how this hotel looked online and booked it for three nights at first, thinking to check it out and then book for the rest of the month if everything works. Room was nice, big bed, enough space to unpack your bags, stylish big bathroom, even some complimentary fruits in the room and no problems with the wi-fi. Pool... More

Our first impressions of the amarin weren't great it has to be said. However I think this stemmed mainly from the fact the previous hotel we'd stayed in was magnificent and it just couldn't compare in terms of quality. Anyway, it is a 3 star hotel at best. Average food. Decent pool as well. I was going to give it... More

My partner and I stayed here for a few nights before heading to Koh Tao. This place could really be a luxury hotel if they just invested a little bit of money into it. Pros: Room was beautiful AC was brilliant Good wifi Great pool Great staff Great restaurant (in lobby) Cons: Quiet location, but if you want to relax... More

Ok, I had high hopes for this place based on all of the reviews. I can't begin to tell you of all of the ways that this hotel has failed me, yet I will because right now I'm pissed off that basics are not being covered, and on top of that I am getting horrible customer service. Very uncharacteristic for... More

The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. The room we had was with a tub and view to the mountains and green field with animals roaming around. The AC was broken first night but the very friendly repairmen fixed it straight away. The breakfast was amazingly good. Fruits and eggs and sausages and pan cakes and noodles and rice. The... More

Stayed here from 22-24 Dec and we loved the warm and amazing hospitality the staff offered. Very friendly and pleasant staff. It's a small hotel but if you want a quiet breakfast and a pool which is all yours then this is the place.. Once you are out of the hotel , food , the 7-11 and pharmacy are all... More

Just picked this hotel at random and was very pleased with what I received. The hotel was well located, it's on the main road but I noticed no noise whatsoever. The staff were very friendly, the hotel was quiet (I didn't see another guest at all). The rooms were a decent size even with the cheapest room that I chose.....it... More
