Little spot of Samui nature away from crowds and noisy nights with authentic bungalows and wild coconut beach. Good massage right on the beach is still there as 3 years ago! Go for a pool to The Sea hotel nearby (need to buy a drink in the bar). Decent local food just across the street on the left. Rent a... More

This place is a good as the pictures (lots of vegetation for shade and atmosphere) and hence it was very hard to leave. Responding to Helen: Yes the whole place is on sand so not suitable for the elderly. Maybe it depends on time of year, but we loved the beach because it was so sandy and clean so we... More

we stayed there for 10 nights, 2 adults and 2 kids but with a group of 10. originally my family had booked the front 2bed beachfront bungalow, but because of the group we went with we gave up our bungalow so grandma could stay there. unfortunately this resort was not suitable for her (shes 94) as it was all sand... We stayed at the beach front family bungalow for 18 nights in January and had a lovely time. Yes, the bungalows are a bit run down but they are clean, pretty large and the one we had was two steps from the beach. Staff was lovely, one of them did not speak English but the other communicated well in English.... More

Had issues with the dirtyness and how worn down the place is. Issues where that there where blood stains on the bedsheets and that the mosquito net fell of the windows and that railings on the balcony where loose etc. Not the place if you have kids old enough to walk. When I arrived at 7pm they had no idea... More

The bungalows are big, cheap and in front of the beach. The toilet wasn't really clean, full of ants and a dead lizard lying in the floor... The service didn't speak english. All the other things were good!

The bungalow complex is on the beach. We've stayed in a 3 persons bungalow which comprises of: 2 bedrooms (one double, one single) each with its own AC, living room with large couch and TV, kitchen with all the necesities (I guess it would be handy if you're gonna be there for at least a month), toilet with shower, terrace... We booked 5 nights at the Bangpo Village after backpacking South East Asia for 2 months, we wanted to have our own kitchen and cook our own meals. We have a double bed bungalow with airconditioning and kitchenette. The Kitchen is a single gas burner stove, decent sized fridge with freezer and a sink. Crockery and simple amenities are provided.... More

Family owned and managed bungalows, very basic in design and comfort, rather old, but clean and cozy. The whole place has an authentic look and feel... We were staying in a Family bungalow #4 for the whole month. Good English breakfast was served every morning, a few times we asked for Thai breakfast and it was kindly served. You can... More
