Stayed here with my family in February 2014. Couldn't fault this Hotel. Location is excellent, right on the grounds of Disneyland and the train station. We caught the HGV train from Charles De Gaulles airport and arrived here in 15 minutes. We got the bus back though as it was much easier and cheaper. The hotel organised the bus for... More

After always visiting Disneyworld Florida we were a bit sceptical about visiting Disneyland Paris but we decided to have a Christmas treat with our 2 year old. On arriving at the hotel we had the amazing news of a room upgrade to a Empire State Room. Our request for a cot was fulfilled although the only downfall was the travel... More

We haven't been here very long but it's not going very well already and if this is anything to go by don't hold out much hope for our stay here. As you enter the main foyer things don't look too bad. Appears quite pleasant and has A few Christmas trees scattered around which look nice. Initial thoughts being this might... More

We stayed for 2 nights, 2 adults and 2 children. Staff were very welcoming and friendly on arrival, helpful explaining food vouchers and breakfast times etc. we were able to leave bags securely in a luggage room until our room would be ready. So we could go and explore the parks. We stayed in a plaza room, on the 5th... More

This was our first family holiday with our 18 month old little boy and it was faultless. I actually struggle to understand some of the reviews on here as we didn't have any cause to complain or any concerns. The hotel staff were lovely and very helpful. The food was perfect for our little boy and us. Our Christmas themed... More

Just returned from a 4 day stay and let me say if I'd paid the full price rather than the 2 free nights deal I would have been very disappointed! It's not a bad hotel just not 4 star as we were led to believe. The staff are all friendly and generally efficient - although the day staff completely missed... More

This was my third stay at the resort and the hotels decline each time. Firstly in the hotels bar, the waiter dropped a whole cup of coffee over my wife's legs. Whilst he said sorry there was no offer of the drinks being offered free as a good will gesture. When the bill arrived I refused to pay for the... More

My family and I which include a 15 year old, 7 year old and a troublesome 2.5 year old arrived at 11.00pm on the Monday night due to flight delays but when we walked into this hotel and was greeted by friendly staff and magical christmas tree we relaxed. Our bags were taken straight to our room and we were... More

Could not fault this hotel after a Four day stay with Two of my grandchildren. We were In the Roosevelt Suite on the 8th floor which to be expected was first class, the use of the Empire State Lounge on the 6th floor for breakfast was a bonus as it stayed open until 1100. The Parkside restaurant was used one evening... More
