So, we were really excited about the staying at the Disneyland Hotel. We decided to splurge only because of the location and the fact we were traveling with little children. I thought it would handy to pop in and out of the parks for the four nights we were staying. Perks were the fast passes they give you and the... More

The hotel building is beautiful and still looks well maintained and up to date. Definitely an impressive beginning to the Disneyland experience. Public areas are in keeping with the 1930s railroad era theme and are pleasant to be in. The rooms are a very good size (by Eurpean standards). We found the beds comfy and sleep quality was very good.... More

We arrived at 3pm after travelling by train from England. It took us about 20 minutes to find out where we were going due to building work in the park entrance and hotel, but once we arrived the customer service was excellent! Reception staff were very helpful and answered all our questions we had for them about the hotel, disney... More

Ok - I have read lots is negative reviews. If you want to stay on the Ritz then go to London. However, if you love Disney parks this could not be better, especially for U.S. Middle aged couples! There was nothing better than the ability to relax back in our room for an hour in the middle of the day!... More

Stayed during the build up of Christmas and it was fantastic. So beautifully breath taking, anyone would instantly be back to their childhood. We booked thru Thomsons and decided to go half board and meet and greet. If anyone is thinking of taking the half board option, I definitely recommend it. The hotel restaurant has characters that come and greet... More

We've stayed at this hotel on a few previous occasions some years ago and decided to return to celebrate our daughters graduation (well it was her choice to be honest!). First off this isn't a place for some peace and quiet, if it's not the hoards of hyped up 'Disney'd' children or the crowds or the train or the refurbishment... More

Firstly if you are going to stay here you already know its expensive and you should know that the food, drinks, mini bar etc. will all reflect that level of cost. So if you want cheaper go elsewhere. If you want good standards in the best location this hotel wins hands down. Secondly as it is Disney you should also... More

Its my second visit to this hotel and both times I wondered why Disney hadn't made more of an effort. The rooms have a Peter Pan motif on the headboards and a few other nods to the Disney theme. Call me a big kid but I expected more. The hotel is showing signs of age but the reason to stay... More

This is a 24/7 Hotel with gazillions of kids high on sugar and all things Disney charging up and down every corridor (by the Rooms and Food). Rather than install some ambience (for what is purported to be their Signature Hotel on the Resort), it seems the number 1 ethos instilled into staff is to extract the maximum number of... More

I will start off by saying don't compare this to US Disney hotels, it merely doesn't compare for size of room / facilities. I visited this hotel many times as a child and was worried that the magic would be ruined. How wrong was I! It was my birthday during our stay and I got balloons and a special birthday... More
