The Presidential Suite is like a one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, dining room and a huge living room with a grand piano. It faces the Disney Castle, thus has the best view amongst all the hotels and rooms in the park. We stayed there for a week, but did not feel enough. We will return again soon and will choose... I love Disneyland Paris. Over the last 7 years we have stayed in all 6 onsite hotels. We travelled this time as 2adults, 12 8, and 5 year olds. all the hotels are worth their money. This hotel cost a lot more than the others but it was worth it for the one off experience. We couldn't fault anything over... More

We stayed in family for 4 days in the Disneyland Hotel end of August First of all, it is important to say that there is a small, but very important point to know : As you make an online reservation to book one of the top Disney Hotels (Disneyland / New-York or Newport) they mention you have a VIP access... Room 3234 is called Dopey and that's how I felt after paying over 4,000 euros for a 2 night stay. The room is on the second floor next to the Stairway leading to other floors and is a playground for children even at midnight. The suite is large but is showing signs of poor maintenance and wear. On arrival found... More

As a family we love this hotel. It's not cheap and it costs us around £3k/£3.5k for each visit but we have been coming here for about 5 years and it's always been wonderful. Very nice rooms, large and clean, helpful reception staff and concierge and superb grounds/gardens. All the staff say hello when they meet you on the huge... More

We have stopped in quite a few Disney hotels at Walt Disney World, including the Grand Fluoridation. We go to Disneyland Paris every year and decided to give here a try as we normally stop at Newport Bay which was under refurbishment. The hotel is a great location and public areas are nice. Rooms however are shocking, really dated, never... More

From arriving at the station on the Eurostar to departing 4 days later we would describe the hotel service as friendly and efficient. Bags dropped and straight into the park with 5 excited children without a tedious checkin first, was magic. Our two adjoining family rooms were spacious, fresh and clean. The tasteful Disney touches in the decor in the room... More

We booked a castle club room for 2 adults and 2 children. I had read so many mixed reviews about terrible service and small rooms but booked anyway mainly for the hotel's location and the VIP fast passes and air con! We found the whole experience to be excellent. The room was big enough for 2 double beds and an... More

As the majority of reviewers have said, location is why you should stay here. Because we found the park itself unpleasant and jam packed, nipping back to the hotel was a pleasure. On the positive side, the staff have been great - very friendly and helpful, going over and above (one waiter even cut up my son's pork for him... More
