Our room was more than comfortable for 5 people. The hotel is all about the great location with just steps to disneyland, enjoyed the included breakfast but the pool is a disappointment - small and no cocktail service

This was our first trip to Disneyland Paris and Disneyland Hotel. Expectations were high as this hotel doesn't come cheap. We had booked a Junior Suite in the Castle Club and the price for the room for 1 night, including 2 days entrance to both parks, was close to EUR 2000. On one hand we thought this was crazy expensive... More

Stayed here 2-6 April 2014, costing £2500 for 2 adults 2 children full board, the hotel is indeed very extravagant, all the staff are dressed the part and the rooms are all decorated in the same era which we liked. The mini bar is extortionately priced so we didn't use that. It is advertised on their website as 'breakfast with... More

Probably our stay started off badly as one of the two rooms booked was not ready on our arrival at 4.30pm. Staff suggested we came back in an hour or so to check if it was ready. Check in takes a long time as there are so many passes and bits of paper to collect and information to absorb. Decor... More

My daughter has just returned from this hotel . Lovely hotel but horrible experience. On arriving at the hotel, my daughter left some belongings on the bed, in the room before dashing off to the park. When she returned all the items had gone. These items belonged to her children, (special nighttime blanket squares, toothbrushes, medicines including an epipen, calpol,... More

This is our 9 trip to Disneyland paris and our first time in the disney hotel, we have stayed twice at the New York, twice at the Newport bay, and twice at the sequoia lodge Plus once at the hotel Cheyenne and once out side the resort so I think I have a good fell for the hotels. We spent four nights in the hotel (family of 3) with my parents, and my brother and his family (3). The hotel is expensive, but is located right at the park entrance - great asset- , and benefits from numerous visits by Disney characters throughout the day and in the restaurants. Reception was slow on arrival but the staff spend... More

After studying at the hotel New York at the same time last year, which was very nice, we were looking forward to staying at this hotel. I phoned twice in advance to say that we were coming for my daughter's 5th birthday. We were early so the room wasn't ready, which we expected. We spoke to Rasmey, who said to... More

It's Disney -- don't come expecting the Four Seasons. Expect a bit of price gouging in a very nice setting. This is a nice, large hotel. (More of a four star, in my view.) The Decor is based on what I'd expect you'd find at a grand hotel in turn of the century America. Our spacious room was clean and... More

Just returned from 4 nights/5 days at this hotel. Travelled via Eurostar, disney express for the luggage. We went straight into the park as our girls were so excited, so finally at the hotel to check in around 4pm. Straight to the reception area, no queue, extremely helpful, slick check in, gave useful information on the park and the hotel.... More
