staying at this hotel is magical the staff are all polite helpful and kind. Characters are always there the only bad thing is when the kids are queuing to speak to the characters some of the other people push in but this can't be helped but at least they don't have to wait as long as in the disney park... Just returned from a Monday to Saturday break and was pleasantly surprised given all the negative reviews. Yes the rooms are a little dated but very clean and much better than the Sequoia lodge (stayed July 2013) and Hotel New York (2007). The lobby is beautiful and compared to the other hotels the food is great. My 3 year old... More

From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave it oozes class this hotel. The staff are very help and friendly and plenty of characters of the "a" list kind around the hotel with mickey, mini, Donald, goofey and Co all making my daughter and wife's week. The food is a little pricey in inventions but it's just about... More

I took my daughter here for her 3rd birthday leaving my husband and other children at home. I took her during term time for 3 midweek nights. We stayed in the Castle Club in the Disneyland Hotel. It's the second time I've stayed there. The rooms are small and date; Disney is the only place you'd consider blowing so much... More

This was our second time staying at the Disneyland Hotel and I have to say that I believe it is worth paying the extra to be so close to the parks. The rooms are clean and spacious and the fact that you can get the extra magic hours in the parks before the other hotels makes all the difference. Being... More

Stayed in both Feb (4 nights) & June (6 nights). Went with our 10yr & 2yr olds. Both our holidays were amazing. We've stayed at Disneyland Paris numerous times now & this place never gets old or boring. Since going to DLP, we've also stayed at the Newport Bay, but for the all-round Disney experience, this hotel ticks every box.... More

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel during the last week in August, taking our 6 year old granddaughter. After a little confusion, caused by the travel company we had booked with (The Walt Disney Travel Company), we found our way to the hotel from the railway station. The hotel was a magical place to stay for our granddaughter. Each morning... More

We have been to Disney a number of times both in France and in Orlando and this is the first time ever in the Disneyland hotel and it was wonderful. First time we have had good staff who were helpful and friendly - other Disney hotels in Paris are not filled with friendly staff. Food in the main buffet restaurant... More

Just returned from a 3 night stay with our 2 year old. The hotel is beautiful inside and out and makes for a feel good start, it also smells just as you would expect Disney to smell! The check in took a little while but that has to be expected when a train full of families has just turned up.... More
