A picturesque B&B in peaceful surroundings with a good restaurant a few minutes walk away. Golden orioles can be heard in the garden at breakfast and dog friendly to boot. Large and airy rooms, tastefully decorated with a hairdryer for us ladies in the bathroom.

In a secluded valley close to Paunat village is the Moulin Neuf guest house and B&B.... run by Robert Chappell , guests are housed in a separate building from the main house. Complete with communal lounge where breakfast is served , bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms , and everything is spotless and traditionally furnished. There's unlimited tea/coffee in the lounge and... This was our first visit to this part of France and we felt very lucky to find this Bed & Breakfast. The owner, Robert, has been doing this for over twenty years and he makes your stay very pleasant and relaxed. Out in the country there are many places to stroll, even a very good restaurant about a 12 minute... More

Le Moulin Neuf is a beautiful, relaxing place to stay. It was so peaceful to come back to after touring this beautiful part of France. Our room was very nice, the breakfasts were delicious, and Robert was very helpful in making us dinner reservations that didn't disappoint. Thanks you Robert for sharing your beautiful home with us.

I can not speak highly enough of this paradise retreat. Le Moulin Neuf is beautiful, peaceful, traditional, relaxing and much more. I have just spent 3 nights with friends visiting this gorgeous place. The host Robert is just perfect bringing breakfast over in the morning with fresh croissants, fresh bread and jam and lovely coffee and a selection of teas.... More

Robert's Le Moulin Neuf came recommended and boy, we could see why. Definitely off the beaten track, extremely quiet with no light pollution whatsoever. Robert's administration and directions were word perfect. A delightful place set in (I believe) 15 acres of his land - including a trout lake. Walks from the doorstep and fabulous eateries a 10' (steep) walk away.... More

We originally planned on staying at Vieux Logis, but we discovered Moulin Neuf and are so glad we did. Everything you need for a peaceful excursion to the Dordogne is here. The room was delightful, and the downstairs common area has a refrigerator, computer, glassware, and coffee/tea. Breakfasts are a special treat outdoors in the sunshine. Robert made our dinner... Robert was a wonderful host at this charming bed and breakfast. The location was fantastic, the garden idyllic and our room beautiful. Previous reviews have said what we just want to reiterate. We recommend this accommodation and Robert's care and advice highly.

The setting of Le Moulin Neuf is that of a story book, a charming French country home draped in blooming vines and surrounded by reflecting ponds and streams. Our host, Robert, was delightful, ensuring we had a memorable experience as we picnicked on the property with our own treats and wine found locally. His breakfasts and coffee are delectable and...
