My experience in this hotel was awful. When I arrived at 7:35 pm, nobody was available, doors were close and only some dogs were barking inside. “Not pleasant: bleak and uncared for hotel”

We stayed here for one night before flying out from Pau airport. The best that can be said for the hotel is it's proximity to the airport. The room was bleak and bare, although reasonably clean. “Excellent Service but bad taxi driver recommendation!”

The staff offer excellent service, very welcoming and helpful. The rooms, especially bathrooms needs updating, but for a 2 star hotel, cannot expect more. Our only complaint is the taxi company the hotel recommends, extremely expensive. We paid 20 Euro for a 3 minutes trip to the airport, when we paid 15 Euro the day before from Pau train station...
