We read about this B&B in the Lonely Planet in which it was described as a "Top Choice". We checked the website and really liked the idea of staying at a B&B based on an ecological concept. To reach the place, you have to go through a very narrow alley and then down a steep winding path and then you have a small place to park. We were welcomed by a charming young woman who couldn't speak/or understand French nor English very well and we couldn't speak her language either, so communication was difficult! I was told... If you are travelling in this area (Parc de Mercantour), appreciate ecological values and want to be close to the nature - this is an excellent pick for you! You sleep almost like in nature, nevertheless you have the modern conveniences you need (No, you don't need the TV nor wifi if you stay here!). We stayed in the lodge/hut... More
