On top of a hill, at 2 km from the medieval village of Casale Marittimo, and 8 km from the see, its splendid location is enhanced by a 360 degree breathtaking view all the way from the Mediterranean sea to the surrounding rolling hillside. The owners, Giovanni and Roberta, are keen about environmental issues especially preservation of the eco-system. The farm is on an estate of about three hectares.
