We stayed for one night. In the midds of nature, the lodge had a warm and friedly feel to it. The rooms were nice with electrical blankets and heaters if necessary. The food was home cooked and very tasty. Very nice atmosphere. A great place to stay to explore the park.

Really nice cottage, staff were lovely, breakfast was delicious and varied so exciting if staying for multiple nights, 20-30mins from storms river mouth where the kayak and lilo tour starts/waterfall walk/amazing viewpoints for whale spotting. Only issue was wifi is not very reliable, cuts out lots. The rafters restaurant on site was also delicious, really tasty dinner choices, specials might... More

Rooms at the Armagh are spacious. We stayed in Room E. A real homely feel lots of pillows, rugs, settee, massive bed, large screen TV, and candle's for that romantic country lodge touch. We had a free standing bath and a basin, separate to the shower and toilet room. Shower room was a little dated compared to the standards of... More

Nice place, firendly manager who helped us feel at home. Clean and comfortable. Excellent value for money. Very close to the Storms river gorge and bunjee jumping. In the middle of the Tsitikamma Forest.

We stayed there the night before we started our Otter hiking trail and the night after we finished the trail. We stayed in the Waterbesie room, beautifully decorated with all needed amenities and a super comfy bed. The boere breakfast was delicious, we also had lunch after we returned from our hiking trip at their restaurant which was sooo delicious,... More

We stayed at the Armagh having last stayed there some years ago. It was great to be back! Although there has been the addition of a massage/wellness area and a few alterations, Marion and Johan have retained the homely, friendly atmosphere and produce great, reasonably priced food in the restaurant. We stayed in the cottage and it was terrific with... More

We stayed in the Romantic King size room, which truly it was! Complete with a Roll top bath in the bedroom. We were treated to an excellent evening meal in there own restaurant and an equally excellent breakfast to set us up for our next days travel.

Stayed here for one night whilst travelling the garden route... we booked last minute into the Africa Loft and when we arrived we were told by Marion, the owner, that this was a "budget room" and we were offered other rooms (presumably at a higher price). Whilst these looked great, we stuck with the Africa Loft as it just had... More

I use Trip Advisor regularly but have never taken time to write a review. However, I feel obliged to write a review because everything about the Armagh was simply outstanding. I loved it, as did my daughter. My daughter and I stayed one night (22nd August 2014) at the Armagh Country Lodge on our way from Port Elizabeth to Cape... More

A charming hotel with a very warm welcome. Our room was delightful - quaint yet all the mod cons. Loved the sense of humour of whoever wrote the literature in the room! Excellent dinner and they even packed a breakfast for us as we had to make a very early start. Pretty gardens. Sorry we couldn't stay longer.
