I use Trip Advisor regularly but have never taken time to write a review. However, I feel obliged to write a review because everything about the Armagh was simply outstanding. I loved it, as did my daughter. My daughter and I stayed one night (22nd August 2014) at the Armagh Country Lodge on our way from Port Elizabeth to Cape... More

A charming hotel with a very warm welcome. Our room was delightful - quaint yet all the mod cons. Loved the sense of humour of whoever wrote the literature in the room! Excellent dinner and they even packed a breakfast for us as we had to make a very early start. Pretty gardens. Sorry we couldn't stay longer.

We visited during SA winter and the town was very quiet. The guest house staff were all very friendly and we even got our car washed by the night staff. I must admit that the decor inside the room we had was in need of an update but the room was also very spacious with the facilities that we needed.... More

This is an excellent choice to stay at during a Garden Route tour. Comfortable, well equipped rooms, lovely garden. The charming restaurant has an excellent menu with tasty local dishes. Lovely fireplace generated warmth and atmosphere in chilly winter weather.

We stayed here for a night as part of our honeymoon. The staff were really welcoming, and even lent us a brolly as it was tipping it down when we arrived. The little bottle of bubbly in our room to help us celebrate our honeymoon was a lovely touch. As it was raining we didn't want to venture far and... More

What a treat, the room was excellent, We stayed in a little cottage with fireplace, lovely bath, comfy bed, stunning balcony overlooking the mountains with a hammock on it, It really was tranquility and privacy at its best. The staff were incredible!! REALLY Incredible, made... More

Comfy accommodation in storms river village. Conveniently located. Room was large and no problems but bathroom ware was very old and the taps will nearly blow you away when you turn them on. Also some noise in the middle of the night in the lobby above us. The breakfast was prob the best we had while in SA. Very good... More

We have stayed at the Armagh 3 times now, the last time being last weekend and our visit has never been disappointing. We stayed in the Keurboom honemoon room and it was lovely and warm in the middle of winter. The food and ambience in the restaurant was lovely, the manager Vuyo a delight and Lynia the spa therapist gave... More

This is a great little spot. we stayed here for 1 night in April and experienced great service. The room was huge and clean. The restaurant served simple but very tasty food. Would recommend this spot for a night on the Garden Route!

This is rather quaint but very comfortable accommodation with plenty of luxury thrown in. Spacious ensuite rooms with individual patios overlooking sprawling natural gardens. The staff were VERY friendly and the evening meal and breakfast were superb.
