Good location, clean and tidy but staff are poor and the manager is rude. Don't eat there - better value is available in the village (especially breakfast in the village coffee shop). If you don't have a car be prepared for very expensive ride to Storms River Mouth but the zip wire in the village is good.

i stayed 5 nights in the dorms. the place has nice facilities and is very very clean. the cleaning ladies work very hard!! the downstairs dorm means that you have to walk through the kitchen, lounge, entertainment area and bar to get to the shower which feels a bit strange. but there was always enough bathrooms for people to use.... We were placed in the en-suite room next to the bar, so till late there was a lot of noise coming from the bar. The walls are dry walling, so the noises goes trough. And as it is a double story building, the people on top of us made lot of noise. Further it was a very nice stay.

Tsitsikamma Backpackers surely is the best place to stay when you don't want to spend a lotof money and still want the privacy of a hotel. It has a very good relation price-quality and it´s idieal for visiting Tsitsikamma park. Staff was nice and you have the possibility of hiring bikes or booking various activities and tours from the same hostel.

A friend and I stayed in a private room which was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff were excellent in helping organise activities and were extremely welcoming and helpful. Highly recommended.
