I stayed at Smile House for 2 nights in November 2014. Check in was smooth and the room was lovely, a superior bunga for one. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast on the beach was nice but nothing incredible. I had dinner one night which was good. Staff were lovely.

I have just returened from a 6 night stay at Smile House. On arrival I was impressed. Clean rooms and pool, very peaceful and the room seemed adequate. In terms of location its pretty good. You have to cross a road to get the the beach but it is well loacted for the rest of Fishermans Village. A fews days... More

I stayed at the smile house for 9nights with two friends and we all enjoyed our stay very much. I was impressed with this resort , with its great location and and beautiful gardens giving you privacy and serenity, they do not have room service, however this is no problem as there are so many restaurants located close by, we... After much research we booked 10 nights at Smile House in Bohput. It's a gorgeous resort, clean, large pools, great for kids. Rooms were very Thai with lost of extras, towels and bottles of water each day. We had a family room and with 3 kids we had lots of room. The breakfasts are great, a lot of variety with... More

Have just spent 10 days at Smile House. We booked on line, received replies to every email. We were greeted warmly by all the staff. I love the gardens and the beautiful setting (no high-rise). Breakfast was always plentiful ... and the view from the dining room is serene. Our rooms were cleaned daily, fresh bath towels & beach towels... More

if you looking for a good location in a quieter part of Samui then look no further than Smile House. Good, clean, value for money with real nice bungalows. The restaurant serves really good food but we found this rather over priced in comparison to other restaurants in the area. Our highlight was the Friday night market in Fisherman's village... More

Reading the other reviews of Smile House it is obvious there are ups and downs about this resort. And they would be right. But I would ask anyone who is thinking about staying here to be practical and give thought to what you really want from the stay. Positive things are: absolutely great location on Fishermans Village which we come... More

Let's get one thing straight from the off here: Smile House is pretty damn cheap. At £30 a night for a whole bungalow (Superior Bungalow to be exact) your going to get what you pay for. Or are you? It depends. People's tastes are obviously wide and varied. Some value certain things more then others when it comes to there... More

This is a really good option if you want to stay in the heart of Fisherman's Village. We've stayed here twice now, and been satisfied both times at the good value for money this hotel represents. Nice rooms (we had their most basic room), large comfortable bed, tastefully decorated, with ameneties such as AC, hairdryer, kettle, etc. The terrace is... More
