When I enter a $100 a night hotel room and flick the light switch I expect the lights to come on; when I turn on the bath tap I expect hot water to flow. Likewise when I turn on my tablet I expect to enter a simple code and be on line. Yet in this hotel you have to walk... More

We stayed there for three night. what we didn't like: 1. Reception - numb and not very customer oriented service. When we checked in, we asked for an extra towel the response we got was "The hotel is full, try tomorrow". On another time, a message that was sent to us via reception (cancelling of diving tour) wasn't forwarded to... More

It has been a pleasure to spend one night in that resort to spend a birthday evening. After a quick check-in, we were escorted to our villa (number25) which was fresh and with a nice wish to my girlfriend. We were unfortunately a little bit too tired to enjoy the large swimming pool near us. On evening, we reached the... More

Visited the resort with two children (1,5 & 4) and were most satisfied. Comfortable and clean rooms with fresh fruits served daily. Nice and calm beach with beautiful view to other islands. Not so touristic as Lamai. Two large pools suitable for both children and adults. Free wifi in the lobby, but wifi in the room cost also only 500... More

Spent two weeks here over Christmas, for a relaxing get away. Yes, it's very peaceful and quiet. Perhaps a bit too much so, and more suited to couples and families than solo travellers but a lovely relaxing location. Nice to have the option of the pool or the beach right next to each other. It's about a 15minutes talk to... More

The hotel is very good with lovely gardens. Two swimming pools one at the beach and the other at the Royal Wing this one is huge. The rooms here are really nice we had one with direct access to the pool. Very big and comfortable with a lovely terrace where you can sit and relax. Breakfast is served at the... More

We only stayed for one night on the way to Koh Phangan, we arrived at about 930pm and it wasn't exactly a warm welcome, more like we caught the night shift. The room was pretty good, nice and big with a large balcony and comfy bed but the wing we stayed in was virtually empty. The common room area (the... More

Dear OrangeS Thank you for your personal comment about your overnight stay at Palm Beach Resort. Indeed during your visit Samui has been very quiet and most hotels had just few guests. So did we and I apologies that we could not meet your expectations. During this low season with very few guests the bar has been closed to 10:30pm... More

Well where do I start. We stayed here for 10 nights in sept 2014. The hotel staff food all amazing. The location is fab right on the beach and a short walk to fisherman's village which is great every night especially on a Friday with a good market and lots of stalls.. We stayed in a villa which was beautiful... More
